Thelma came into our lives when my uncle was reaching the end of a long and debilitating illness and needed more care hours. She was a breath of fresh air, always with a smile and a positive spirit. Her dedication to his personal care and keeping his spirits up was invaluable. Thelma worked alongside
his daily carer, devising a rota to bridge any gaps and even included night duties as the end drew near. We are extremely grateful for her help and assistance, as was my uncle.

Flexy care have provided help and care for us after a disabling accident. The carer has provided nursing, cleaning, home help and support over a period of five months. The carer has been forever cheerful, friendly, efficient and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Flexy care.

The team made a huge difference to the quality of life for my parents in their last year at home before they moved into full time care. Everyone who came to the house to cover for us for respite or appointments was both kind and competent and my parents - with mobility and memory issues - genuinely
liked them, as did we. They also enjoyed the games; ballon tennis was a favourite but the games on the phone were another hit. We also appreciated the way the team responded when we had an emergency, always trying to help at short notice if they could. We still keep in touch.

The carer has always looked after my wife well and makes sure she is safe and treated as normal. There have been some difficult times in the early days with acceptance which was worked through with patience.
