I was very confident that they were providing the best possible care and am grateful to all of them.

When I come over late morning Jaynes heating wasn't on she was cold. When she told carer she was cold when she was having a shower the carer said she had put heating on if carer had checked the heating when Jayne said she was cold she would have seen the heating wasn't on proper.

KB4Care have cared for my mum since August 2024, visiting twice a day, and sometimes more when required due to sickness or medicial situtations. It is truly a blessing to know they always put my mum's needs first, the care and attention they give her is second to none and make my mum feel special and respected in her own home. Nothing seems too much trouble and the team are always at hand and very quick to respond to any communication. Exceptional service and always visit with a warming smile.

KB4Care are the best, and most reliable company providing care in my opinion. We have tried a few. The carers are always on time, use correct PPE and always complete all their tasks for my dad. They engage with him and really lift his spirits. The service is exceptional and professional and a good mixture of personalities. They never appear to be rushed or under pressure to get done and out to their next call. Also they make me aware of any observations or concerns. Communications to management and seniors is impressive and they are always happy to make adjustments if necessary. I am really happy with this service and more importantly so is my dad .

They were a great help to my father and my family I our time of need.

Started my mums care in November 2024, they went above and beyond for her and she absolutely loved them. They even visited her in there own time when she was taken into hospital. Sadly she did not make it back home.

The owner came to us initially asking what we required from them, listed all. Every time a carer comes, if finished, for example 5 minutes early, would ask if anything else needed doing. I have had probably 6 different carers in less than 2 months, all good at their job, tidy, look professional, polite and very friendly, cannot fault any of them. I once rang the owner, last minute, could she provide me a carer to look after my immobile husband, with only 3 hours notice, one carer was sourced. Carers come equipped with their own box, with necessities. Always do a good job.

KB4Care LTD were recommended to us in October by the council. The team are very compassionate and caring, always professional. Very pleasant, always a smile on their faces, and very talkative to my daughter, making her laugh and feel at ease.

The care package was set up after my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. I had been managing to look after her for some time but she had a fall back in May and during her stay in hospital the clinicians and social services decided that help was required to care for her. KB4 Care came to see us and straightaway I felt comfortable talking to them. They listened to me and understood how I had helped my wife and expressed what they could provide to help her and at the same time support me. Care then started and I have to say, it is like they are your friends and even part of our family. All the carers are polite, caring, and very good at what they do. They often make my wife smile, engage her in conversation, ask how she is, and above all, look after her personal care with dignity. I am completely happy with the high quality of service they provide for my wife and would recommend them to anyone looking for such a service.

The service was set up to provide care for my wife who is suffering with Dementia. She had always been independent and would not willingly accept personal care throughout the period that care was received. The carers at all times showed understanding, empathy and kindness to her despite her resistance. They worked with a difficult client, her attitude became friendly to them and all were welcomed back. At all times KB4Care were helpful, including times when care was needed at short notice.

I am very grateful to KB4Care for the wonderful and consistently high-quality care my mum receives. After a few months of visits now, we could not be happier with the service provided and we have recently increased the number of visits my mum receives. The whole team is so kind, thorough and professional and engages in real conversation with Mum. They usually manage to make her giggle too (which is priceless). I would not hesitate to recommend KB4Care to anyone who requires personal care for themselves or a loved one.

We find KB4Care Ltd an excellent caring service, which they provide. They treat their patients with lots of care and dignity. The staff who attend to the patient always provide a lovely, caring smile. They cannot do enough for you. The management team are most professional and caring in their roles, making sure all needs are catered for. I would truly recommend KB4Care Ltd.

KB4Care are a thoroughly professional group of people extremely well-versed in their duties, they do training all year to keep up to date. They are all wonderful. Couldn't wish for a better team.

The care manager is amazing; her diligence and attention to detail are outstanding. She takes a special interest to try to ensure all carers pay attention to the detail required in the daily routine of my friend. I and my friend both feel supported and reassured by the level of care provided. We have no hesitation in recommending her and her team to someone else requiring help within a home environment.
