On a Friday night My mother fell through the night when the carers came she couldn't answer the door.
They claim she spoke to them (she has dementia) so they left without gaining access.
They didn't contact me at all.
Another family member visited her and found her on the floor which was lucky.
She spent a month in hospital.

I would not recommend.
