Saannie Medical Services (North Wales)

Saannie have recently started to provide care for my father. I have nothing but praise for these providers. From the initial meeting with the carer to the care which is now being provided everything about this team is excellent. The carers are kind, sensitive, friendly and respectful. My father feels safe and confident that he is being supported and helped. This has made such a difference to my mother and us as a family. We are all reassured by the updates we get on the app following each visit, this means that we can rest knowing that both our parents are benefitting from this invaluable help and care.

The care my mum has received via Saannie Medical Services has been second to none from the initial promise of "it will be a small consistent team" to excellent communication and above all the wonderful way my mum was looked after by the lovely dedicated staff. Mum was given great dignity and treated with the greatest respect. The carers were always on time, always pleasant, very presentable and went the extra mile if needed. I can't recommend this company enough.

I have been involved with carers and found them to be punctual, pleasant and conscientious. Staff have been quick to respond when I have requested changes to call times etc. I was disappointed with te errors in the original assessment, recorded 16/04/24.

My dad was unwell, and we had given up thinking he is deteriorating in hospital, dehydrated and lost weight. Since using this provider, their care was excellent. I can't believe how our dad managed to eat and drink adequately now.
