My grandparents had a wonderful experience at this care home. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and always made them feel comfortable and safe. Everyone was so friendly and treated them with respect, which gave our family great peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent care. We would highly recommend this care home.

Overall Experience

I have been using MediPro24 since January 2025, and I must say that while we had some challenges with carers at the beginning, what really stood out was our Client Manager, Aruna. She always listened carefully to our feedback and did her best to resolve any issues. That showed me that she genuinely cares about both her clients and the quality of the service.

Now, almost 18 months later, MediPro24 continues to support my father, who has dementia. I honestly couldn't have managed without their help. Their care has made a real difference to our family, and I am truly grateful for the support they have provided.

Medipro has been wonderful in caring for my uncle. The carers are kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, which has made a big difference to his comfort and wellbeing. Josephine Raj, Managing Director of Teamwork Healthcare Ltd trading as Medipro24, brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to the care sector. A graduate in Finance & Economics (M.Com) and CeMAP qualified in Mortgage Advice and Practice, Josephine spent many years working in the financial industry before following her true passion supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals in the community.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she recognised the growing gap in quality care services and founded Medipro24 with a vision to provide compassionate, person-centred support to those in need. She also worked directly as a carer, helping individuals and families through extremely challenging times, which strengthened her understanding of frontline care.

Josephine holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and is passionate about building strong, caring teams that deliver safe, dignified, and reliable support across the community. Alongside Medipro24, she also founded “Powwai,” a community organisation focused on women’s empowerment and supporting local communities.

Under her leadership, Medipro24 continues to grow as a trusted care provider, reaching diverse communities with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care.
