Safi came to do an initial assessment as to what care my mother requires. Safi was very professional and really took time to understand my mothers needs. Safi explained all of the services on offer and understood that having a consistent carer was important and will help recovery. Safi explained all the procedures, completed all the paperwork and assessment for safety. Safi introduced our family to her carers, Hafsa and Harpreet. Both are excellent carers, very compassionate, they treat my mother with much respect. Both Hafsa and Harpreet show excellent care values, trustworthy and very enjoyable to be with. Safi homecare has very high standards and completely understands your individual requirements and care is provided accordingly. Thank you very much Safi and Team. You are brilliant.

high standards of care have had two carers and both have been spot on. I have had some very bad times with care looks like that is in the past now i am very happy with the care and support I receive.

My dad is currently having Safi homecare support with administering his medication and they visit twice a day. I am very happy with the care he receives and the attention to detail. We always are kept in the loop with regards to his medication but also general welfare as well. I feel that my dad is in very safe hands and it has helped me sleep a little easier knowing that his needs are being met. Would most definitely recommend.

Safi and the team have team have been brilliant with my father. We have been happy with the service and they have always communicated well and kept us updated with anything we need to know. This has been especially helpful as we don't live near my father.
