Depending on the unique needs of each individual, My Homecare Chesterfield fully trained HealthCare Assistants can help with a wide range of tasks including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, medication support, companionship and attending appointments, amongst other care duties. The Company also focuses on Dementia care, End Of Life care and other conditions requiring specialist care. The HealthCare Assistants promote dignity and respect of individuals and their families at all times, informing them about all the care decisions. You can request a visit at home from one hour to 24 hours a day, all dependent on your preferences .

Every member of the team treated my grandma with dignity and respect. My grandma was very happy with the care she received and the friendships that she made.
The carers were so respectful and made her feel at home, comfortable and reassured. They always listened to our concerns and very professional.
