30 months with My Homecare. Communication has been speedy. Consistency of carers has been good. I feel heard by the Management and have felt empathy fromthem. A million times better than the company I was with prior to My Homecare. My needs and feelings seem understood. I do not have family nearby so
the help and support received is very much appreciated and essential, particularly for my mental wellbeing.

Appalling company. The carers provided are OK BUT if you have a problem and have to deal with the senior co ordinator at the leeds office it's horrendous.
She creates safeguarding issues by refusing to honour appointment times. Does not have any knowledge to make these decisions and then lies.
We
had to go to adult social care, they were appalled by the treatment we received.
If you are self funding, go elsewhere. If you are funded hope that you don't get them.
She hasn't a caring bone in her body. Contradicts herself constantly and has no compassion and seems completely incapable of doing her job.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee exact timing for all visits, due to the unpredictability of unforeseen circumstances and factors that are out of our control, for this reason we do have a 30 minute leeway. We do attempt to contact all clients/family members to inform them if our care and support worker(s) are running behind schedule.
We work closely with clients/family members in order to resolve all issues and complaints that we receive.
Once again, we are very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations.

I have ten Carers looking after personnel care both physical & Mental health as I have Bipolar.

The team of carers were wonderful and very kind to my father. They were always respectful and completed their work in calm and friendly manner. Initially we needed 2 carers, 4 times a day and without their help, my father's recovery would have been much slower. By the time our care package had ended,
we only needed 1 carer once a day. A heartfelt thank you to all the carers who supported us during a difficult time.

We joined my home care cambs in July for carers for our mum who was very unwell and very forgetful, me and my brother both live in London and have used this company for nearly 6 months . We have had no issues at all they had the language speaking carers who provided personal care and domestic care for
mum. The house was always clean and mum was immaculate. The manager supported us through the last few days of mum's life, she is a amazing individual who deserves credit for what she has and what she continues to do for others.real credit to do company for good rates of care in comparison to other companies that we looked at. The best decision made ever.

My mum has been having home care for the last 6 months. Mum usually has the same carer (Ash) and they have built up a lovely relationship and mum looks forward to seeing her,on the occasions she has had alternative carers they have been just as lovely. At the beginning mum was very independent and was
not happy about having carers however she is now so happy with them she is more than happy to have them everyday when I'm on holiday instead of her usual 3 times a week.

I've consistently found the carers at My Homecare to be reliable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to have in the home. They arrive on time, carry out their duties with care and respect, and always take the time to ensure comfort and dignity are maintained.
Communication with the head office has
also been excellent - they are always easy to contact by telephone and responsive whenever I've needed advice, updates, or support. It's reassuring to know there is always someone available to speak to.
Management regularly carries out check-ups to ensure the standard of care remains high, which demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Overall, the service feels well-organised, supportive, and dependable, giving real peace of mind to both clients and their families.
