Very good on time of arrival.

The only complaint I have is with the new app which does not let me know that you have made a last minute change to the time and or the carers name!

They always listened to any concerns and did their utmost to implement change if appropriate.

Mums main carers loved and adored her and it was evident in the way they spoke to her and of her. She adored them Back.

They celebrated her birthday with her and were there for us when she passed.

They have our love and gratitude always and we will miss them.

I recommend them as a company.

But I'm very disappointed with the management, you've got me down for 08.30 because I'm a diabetic on insulin and many times they come much later ,whereas I should be eating earlier.

I would definitely recommend their services to anybody that was looking for care for a family member.

My Homecare has been providing services for us for 2 years. For all that time we've had more or less the same team of carers who know John well and understand his needs. Recently one of our regular carers lived in with John while I had a few days break. It was great. John was relaxed about it, no worrying about having someone new caring for him and he actually enjoyed the experience. I had a much needed break with no worries about John's care while I was away. Excellent!

Carers have a lot of patience and have taken the worry from us about Kate's well-being.

My father has received an excellent level of care since his stroke 2.5 years ago. My father, and mother, have built good relationships with his carers who are good humoured, very polite, kind and treat my father with dignity.

This is essential when you are the main carer to have several breaks , with the knowledge your family member has no concerns & very happy with the carers provided . Their knowledge of the care needed & the relationship built over time is essential. Consistency is what we both feel is very important & a the feeling the care agency & carers do care very much about the client & are knowledgeable & professional.

My Homecare West Sussex is an outstanding company which has my full recommendation. The care my mother received was exceptional. The carers went above and beyond to support her, being consistently reliable, showing her the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed, updated and involved in her care plan. 'Thank you ' to all the team.

The carers are so pleasant and cant do enough for her. If your thinking about using myhomecare dont hesitate, you wont regret it. My mum would be in a carehome without them, which is something they and the family did not want. Thank you to all those involved.

My wife suffered for dementia and progressively lost the ability to look after herself and became bed bound. We used this setting 2 years increasing the services as the illness progressed. This care was kind, respectful and responsive to her needs throughout. My wife was able to complete her life within her own home, as she wished.

The office staff are very prompt in replying to any queries I have which is reassuring. Excellent communication.

The carers are very good, and they help me with my shopping. And take me for walks, and also get my meds for me and are helping me learn to do housework.I am very settled with them there very caring people, and it's nice to have the same carers.

Was very quick with doing there assesment and setting the the care plan and to get him home. It was nice that my son got on well with them all and there make sure his medication is pick up on time and so far he has stay out of hospital .and is very happy with all the support he getting.
