I am very happy with the care that my husband is receiving.

I am very happy and contented with the support and care I receive. One of my carers works with me the most and she is very professional, understanding throughout my care hours, she helps me a lot. The other staff members very nice too, I am very happy with support I receive from them. Also when Ive had to call the office of my home care to cancel time managers staff are very understanding as they go above and beyond to ensure that I receive care and support on another day. Overall the staff, manager are all great people.

I see my main carers more as friends as they are good company throughout the day.

Zoe is my carer, and she is very kind and thorough. She makes me feel that I can get up and get focused for the day, and I can have a good day. P.S. She's very Bristolian, which makes me laugh. All the other carers are also great. And the manager Sophie is very kind

My Homecare Edinburgh provided live in care for my Mum at very short notice in January 2025. We are very happy with the service which has enabled her to remain in surroundings which she has fond memories of. Both of the carers who look after Mum have been excellent and have formed a good relationship with her, providing both peace of mind and a feeling of safety.

My son has four regular members of your staff to support my son. Shaun, Haroun, Samuel and Abdullah, I have nothing but praise for them, and the service they provide is excellent. My son has a brain injury and can be challenging at times but they have built a rapport with him and Shaun and Haroun in particular as it is mostly them who who work with my son.They work alongside the directly employed team and slotted right in. Thanks to all the staff our home is a happy, comfortable, safe place for everyone.

30 months with My Homecare. Communication has been speedy. Consistency of carers has been good. I feel heard by the Management and have felt empathy fromthem. A million times better than the company I was with prior to My Homecare. My needs and feelings seem understood. I do not have family nearby so the help and support received is very much appreciated and essential, particularly for my mental wellbeing.

She hasn't a caring bone in her body. Contradicts herself constantly and has no compassion and seems completely incapable of doing her job.

Could always totally rely on care tea. Excellent communication if any problems. Issues very quickly resolved. Always felt listened to.

The team of carers were wonderful and very kind to my father. They were always respectful and completed their work in calm and friendly manner. Initially we needed 2 carers, 4 times a day and without their help, my father's recovery would have been much slower. By the time our care package had ended, we only needed 1 carer once a day. A heartfelt thank you to all the carers who supported us during a difficult time.
