My wife suffered for dementia and progressively lost the ability to look after herself and became bed bound. We used this setting 2 years increasing the services as the illness progressed. This care was kind, respectful and responsive to her needs throughout. My wife was able to complete her life within her own home, as she wished.

Could always totally rely on care tea. Excellent communication if any problems. Issues very quickly resolved. Always felt listened to.

Provided all help we asked for both in daily care and help with other services e.g. NHS, CAC, SPA. Responded very quickly to changes in circumstances. All staff very caring. Thanks to Leji for his personal support.

They couldn't do enough for my husband and my family. They were always polite and kind, they greeted us with a smile every day.

The people who looked after my mam were caring, compassionate and couldn't do enough for her. They looked after her really well, which enabled us to keep Mam in her own home. We couldn't have done it without them.

Very pleased with the overall service from this company. Carers were always on time and provided very good care to my mother. I would always be informed of any changes. Office staff always available if I needed to ask anything. The carers always had a smile, spoke kindly and would do what they could for my mother.

The care given to my wife was always exceptional. Her personal care and emotional support was specific for her needs and treated her with dignity. All carers were polite and spoke to us both by our first names which made their visits personal to us. Towards the end of life care they were very understanding and professional and provided me with the support needed at this difficult time.

Although I only needed assistance for a couple of weeks I found the care workers to be very professional and hard working.

Our experience with my Homecare has been completely favourable. I have found the management to be most helpful and approachable and ready to assist if help was required. The carers are extremely conscientious and hardworking. They are very professional, caring and patient and any cause for concern was always spotted and I was informed. The standard of hygiene was high and after 20 months of being completely immobile in bed, the high standards of care ensured that no problems were experienced by my husband.

The company (My Homecare) providing care to my husband are very reliable, receptive to feedback and work very cooperatively with me to ensure that my husband has the best possible care. My husband has advanced dementia and is unable to communicate verbally, but he is often distressed. It is therefore important that the carers get to know him and understand his needs and the director always ensures that we have a small team to look after him who he is comfortable and familiar with and when a new member of the team is introduced, they are given adequate time to shadow and train so that my husband can get to know them and feel comfortable with them. The carers are all very capable, extremely compassionate and very kind and they all provide excellent care to my husband.

The review was an opportunity to raise any concerns and also make positive comments about the service provided by Passionate Homecare. A representative from Adult Services would have been helpful in addressing future developments, that may occur in future, such as the need for more services.

We would 100% recommend My Homecare to anybody who is looking for care as they're a great care company, and we have had no problems with them so far.

In a time of crisis, Passionate Homecare Ltd (T/A My Homecare Leicester - Glenfield Branch) responded quickly and with true understanding. They were able to put care in place the following day, which was very impressive. The managers were responsive, kind and flexible. The carers were friendly, sensitive and efficient. My Homecare provided an extensive package of care for both my parents when we needed this in an emergency situation. They were excellent in responding flexibly to the situation and providing a high quality of care, with staff who go above and beyond to help wherever they can. My mother is now in hospital for an extended stay so we are unsure what the future holds but I would not hesitate to restart the care from My Homecare, should we be able to get my parents to live at home again.

In most cases, we are both satisfied with the service supplier by My Homecare.

I approached My Homecare in Glenfield to provide emergency care for my mother who became ill and incapacitated very rapidly. Ultimately they were providing care 24/7. I was having to request additional care input frequently and at short notice. The care was superb, they were flexible and I will be forever grateful to them. Sadly my mum passed away on 25.3.22 in hospice.
