My Home Care Hayes has no understanding of how to care for someone with specific needs. Management falsely claimed their staff were trained for the required care tasks, but our experience as a family was horrific. What they put my mum through was completely unacceptable. The package lasted only four days before I had to terminate it. Despite being under the IBU and Continuing Care Team, this clearly meant nothing. Unfortunately, even the CQC report doesn't seem to reflect the reality of their service.
