My disabled son accesses My Home Care as part of his adult social care provision, and wow what a difference to a previous provider. They are professional, compassionate, accommodating, enthusiastic and reliable. He loves his carers and looks forward to his weekly routine of social interaction and activity

The care that has been provided for my mother has been nothing short of fabulous.The compassion and concern is consistently at the forefront of all they do. They are always responsive and pro- active, they listen and understand any flagged concerns. A first class bunch of human beings and a joy to know.

We found all the carers to be very professional and friendly. My mother was reluctant to have carers at first, but quickly got used to the visits and started to enjoy the regular interaction. The service was excellent, and I would certainly recommend and use them again if the need arose.

My Homecare have been providing carers for my Mum at her flat since January 2024, but recently have been asked to increase the frequency of visits to four per day, they were immediately able to satisfy this request. We have met several of the carers Mum has and they have all been very friendly, patient
and helpful. Some carers are experienced ex-healthcare workers, some are relative youngsters fairly new to the job, but they have all provided a reassuring degree of care.
The office-based management have willingly and promptly attended Mum's flat on several occasions to support their staff to assist with emergencies.
We would happily recommend My Homecare.

We have not long started with My Homecare but already we can see what a professional company they are. Nothing is too much trouble. My father has complex needs but nothing phases them, the staff all seem really friendly and are there to support his every need. We went in blind not knowing anything and
it was a minefield who to choose but we have no regrets that we decided on this company to care for my father.

My Homecare helped me out with cooking and food prep during a bad health relapse between Oct 2023 and Jan 2024. All the care and office staff and management were friendly and cheerful, taking the trouble to make sure I had the help I needed, and everything in the house was always left clean and tidy.
I would happily go back to My Homecare if I needed help in the future.

My Homecare Gloucester have been caring for my parents since December 2022 and I am delighted with their care and service so far. Both mum and dad have been treated with great dignity and respect, the service is reliable and flexible and as a former nurse myself, I feel reassured that their needs are
being met by kind, friendly and caring staff. The communication with the manager is fantastic, I am kept in the loop at all times and feel a great sense of relief that my parents are safe and happy. There's a great deal of attention to detail ensuring that my parent's wishes and preferences are central to their care. Kind gestures such as birthday and Christmas gifts meant a lot to us all as does the fact that the team have cared for and supported me at times when I have felt overwhelmed or stressed. I commend all of the team and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. The team have made a huge positive impact upon us all and have my respect and grateful thanks.

Staff are always pleasant, courteous, and extremely helpful. You always feel that the time they spend with you, you have their full attention, and they're not rushing about, thinking about the next client for example. Clients are treated with the utmost respect for their dignity and any time you need
to stop the personal care, for example, due to pain or other medical issues, staff are very quick to get you comfortable and do whatever else they can to help you to feel better. I would highly recommend My Homecare.

Friendly caring service, always smiling and seeking to deliver the personal care required in these difficult times. Always worked with respect and patience, even though they knew that another client was waiting to be looked after. Sometimes the carers would ask other members of staff to see the other
clients so they could concentrate on our parent's needs. If I was ill then I would want these guys to look after me until the end. Thanks for looking after our mum.

My husband has been home from hospital for 3 weeks now and I am delighted with all the carers from My Homecare. They are all very caring, kind and gentle with him and even practice speaking with him (he has had a stroke). They make him laugh which is so good when he is having personal care. I would

All of the carers visiting my mum have been excellent. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring Mum has all she needs to be comfortable and happy. They have been empathetic and understand what's required for a 91-year-old to experience a decent quality of life. They have been forward-thinking to

The team that looked after my father and the support staff were absolutely fantastic! We could not have wished for better. They were professional and caring and looked after him with love. In a very short time whilst he was still conscious he became very attached to them. We could not have coped without
them during very difficult times for us as a family! It was all about teamwork and each individual did the team proud. It is an honour to leave very positive feedback comments about this team!
