Provided all help we asked for both in daily care and help with other services e.g. NHS, CAC, SPA. Responded very quickly to changes in circumstances. All staff very caring. Thanks to Leji for his personal support.

The people who looked after my mam were caring, compassionate and couldn't do enough for her. They looked after her really well, which enabled us to keep Mam in her own home. We couldn't have done it without them.

Very pleased with the overall service from this company. Carers were always on time and provided very good care to my mother. I would always be informed of any changes. Office staff always available if I needed to ask anything. The carers always had a smile, spoke kindly and would do what they could
for my mother.

The care given to my wife was always exceptional. Her personal care and emotional support was specific for her needs and treated her with dignity. All carers were polite and spoke to us both by our first names which made their visits personal to us. Towards the end of life care they were very understanding
and professional and provided me with the support needed at this difficult time.

Our experience with my Homecare has been completely favourable. I have found the management to be most helpful and approachable and ready to assist if help was required. The carers are extremely conscientious and hardworking. They are very professional, caring and patient and any cause for concern was
always spotted and I was informed. The standard of hygiene was high and after 20 months of being completely immobile in bed, the high standards of care ensured that no problems were experienced by my husband.

The company (My Homecare) providing care to my husband are very reliable, receptive to feedback and work very cooperatively with me to ensure that my husband has the best possible care. My husband has advanced dementia and is unable to communicate verbally, but he is often distressed. It is therefore
important that the carers get to know him and understand his needs and the director always ensures that we have a small team to look after him who he is comfortable and familiar with and when a new member of the team is introduced, they are given adequate time to shadow and train so that my husband can get to know them and feel comfortable with them. The carers are all very capable, extremely compassionate and very kind and they all provide excellent care to my husband.

My homecare always tends to my husband's needs; they schedule frequent reviews to see how we are and now are finding the service provided by the carer we have. They are consistent with who they send every day and always inform us when the regular carer cannot come.
We would 100% recommend My Homecare
to anybody who is looking for care as they're a great care company, and we have had no problems with them so far.

Each individual carer surpassed our expectations of care provided to our mum.

My mother has been cared for with My Homecare for 18 months to date and the care levels remain at 100% successful in every aspect.
Each Carer is very sensitive to my mothers daily requirements which are carried out like clockwork each and every day.
The communication between the excellent management
and the carers allows us to book last minute appointments for my mother to be carried out so the carers can look after other clients and utilise their time.
My home care is highly recommended in every way. Thank you.

My Homecare provided an extensive package of care for both my parents when we needed this in an emergency situation. They were excellent in responding flexibly to the situation and providing a high quality of care, with staff who go above and beyond to help wherever they can. My mother is now in hospital
for an extended stay so we are unsure what the future holds but I would not hesitate to restart the care from My Homecare, should we be able to get my parents to live at home again.

I approached My Homecare in Glenfield to provide emergency care for my mother who became ill and incapacitated very rapidly. Ultimately they were providing care 24/7. I was having to request additional care input frequently and at short notice. The care was superb, they were flexible and I will be forever
grateful to them. Sadly my mum passed away on 25.3.22 in hospice.
