The standard of care, compassion, and dignity shown to Mum was extraordinary. Her lead carer, whom she adored, treated her with a level of kindness, respect, and professional care that went far beyond duty. They were a source of comfort, reassurance, and practical support at a time when Mum - and our
family - needed it most.
Their attention to detail, calmness, and unwavering commitment to following Mum's care plan, and their seamless collaboration with us, the District Nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensured Mum was kept comfortable, safe, and cared for with genuine love. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, I cannot fault them.
From the initial meeting we held we knew this was a quality organisation, who provided consistent and loving support throughout.
I cannot recommend My Homecare enough - they are exceptionally caring and supportive people.

My father was cared for by the My Homecare team for six weeks after his discharge from Hospital at which point he was severely debilitated.
Every member of the team we had dealings with were extremely professional and caring, making them a big part in his recovery.
I have no hesitation in recommending

We appreciate the care and friendliness of the staff. The consistency is another thing to be appreciated. The time they arrive, the small number of carers we see (they don't change every day, chosen from a really large group). It allows me to get to know them and they can see the changes in the 'cared
for'.

I have found the carers to be very caring and compassionate. Always treating my Mother with dignity and very supportive of me personally as a family member also caring for my Mother 5 days a week. The service is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Experience is variable, consistent with the variety of mixed teams, sometimes as frequent as daily. As with most work teams, certain partnerships with persons of similar work knowledge and ethic will create a more favourable outcome in my own personal view. My medical and physical conditions often create
nervousness as to who will appear on a daily basis. Though I understand that seemingly you need to do this my personal preference would be for a consistent pairing. creating knowledge and confidence in both directions.

My Homecare carers were always so kind and friendly to my mum. They were always so professional when they were dealing with her personal needs. The app they have gave accurate information on visit times and staff, and the notes they all had to leave were reassuring.

My mother has been very happy with the members of the care staff who have attended to her needs and well-being and has a very happy relationship with them. I find them very helpful and work alongside us as a family and have got to know them as new friends.

My Homecare has been looking after my husband since April 2023. I cannot fault the attention he receives. The carers always treat him with dignity and encouragement, their care twice each day is second to none. They are also concerned about my welfare which is comforting. I am happy with their service. They come on time. If I have any concerns they listen to me and follow the instruction. They are polite and friendly. Always wear a uniform. Just it will be good and helpful if the company can provide shoe covers for them.

Throughout the time that My Homecare have been looking after my wife, I have never had any cause for concern. The carers are all very competent and cheerful and interact very well with my wife. A rapport has been established between both sides and the visits are awaited with pleasure.

My experience with My Homecare so far has been very good. The staff and management are good, if we have any problems they listen to us and resolve them. My mum is treated with dignity and is overall happy with the service.

I am pleased with the care my mother receives. Although, the timing could be improved greatly. Certain members of staff that have visited my mother are and have been fantastic. I hope this will continue.
