Zoe is my carer, and she is very kind and thorough. She makes me feel that I can get up and get focused for the day, and I can have a good day. P.S. She's very Bristolian, which makes me laugh. All the other carers are also great. And the manager Sophie is very kind

30 months with My Homecare. Communication has been speedy. Consistency of carers has been good. I feel heard by the Management and have felt empathy fromthem. A million times better than the company I was with prior to My Homecare. My needs and feelings seem understood. I do not have family nearby so the help and support received is very much appreciated and essential, particularly for my mental wellbeing.

My mum has been having home care for the last 6 months. Mum usually has the same carer (Ash) and they have built up a lovely relationship and mum looks forward to seeing her,on the occasions she has had alternative carers they have been just as lovely. At the beginning mum was very independent and was not happy about having carers however she is now so happy with them she is more than happy to have them everyday when I'm on holiday instead of her usual 3 times a week.

My support worker always asks me what I think needs doing and where things go so I don't lose them which was a problem with previous service providers. My only complaint is that the time of support seem to change very frequently meaning its difficult to plan other things around this including gp/hospital appointments and social activities.

The team at MyHomeCare went above and beyond last week helping my father. I am ever so grateful for their support. It gives me peace of mind knowing he has care appointments. The team assist with a variety of tasks and have been very responsive to additional requests or any feedback. Thank you so much to the whole team.

Some can be very task driven and when making lunch or dinner chose quickest and easiest options.

We are very happy with a care being given to our mother. The only reason we have not given a perfect score is, that some carers are stronger with her than others. Mum has a tendency to say no to everything and just sit in her chair. Some carers 'persuade' her to help and keep active, which is what we want. ...but all your carers are lovely and no complaints.

I have care, domestic, and shopping calls all at best times of day for me. Good staff, especially two of them. The girls are friendly and helpful. They take pride in what they do Some days, I do feel I could do with a little longer, but it does meet my needs.

Very consistent hours and always open to potentially changing them. Flexible and able to do any particular tasks that need to be done, helpful since there are many disabilities that require being accounted for.

My experience has been & happy professionally one I enjoy a full life making new friends & experiences , art , exercise walks . I'm always safe & well fed My world is a happy place .the carers arrive promptly & are clean tidy. Always eager for the day ahead of them. The tasks I ask of them are always done to a high standard, they have a command of my complex needs. It's wonderful to spend time with them , I look forward to seeing them.

The company have been providing care for my wife over a period of several months. Their service has been exceptional. Not only have they been reliable and meticulous in the basic care requirements, but they have brought kindness and laughter into what has been a worrying time in our lives. I highly commend them.

Staff at the end of the phone and via email have always been lovely, professional, friendly and helpful.

The carers always arrive on time, and stay for the full hour. They have not missed any appointments. They regularly take my dad for walks, which is good for his physical health. They regularly clean the kitchen, bathroom and hoover all his flat. They regularly help him with his lunch, often soup, which is very helpful. They often check that he has taken his medication, which is important. My dad is happy and gets on well with them, which is very pleasing. Overall, the family are very happy with the service which is vital for my dad's well-being. Many thanks for the service!

The young lady was very pleasant. She just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their service, which I am. The carers are always cheerful and caring and will do any task I ask them to.

So far in my care journey, I have experienced amazing compassion and empathy. I have loved building relationships with my carers and feeling more independent in the community. I had been very nervous when I first started as I’m only 28 but they treat me like a normal person. We have long chats over cups of tea and crochet when it’s raining and continue to build my confidence when out. Personal care has been made so much easier and I no longer feel embarrassed about my disability and instead feel encouraged and enabled through these relationships. I am very grateful for Myhomecare.

All care is excellent, appreciate the care and personal touch. I want to thank the staff for making me feel really cared for. Everyone has their personal gifts, theirs is care and support. I want to thank everyone for making me feel comfortable in my own home. Personal care is especially hard to accept but everyone is helpful and kind. Thanks to the office staff for their care and support.

Fantastic care provider, my dad is disabled and needs lots of support in the mornings. My Homecare provided supportive, compassionate care. Excellent timekeepers. Great communication from the management team. As a family, we have peace of mind that our dad is getting the right support and care. Highly recommend.

My husband has had excellent treatment from My Homecare Bristol. The staff are always very pleasant.
