very sympathetic and patient dealing with. He was treated with respect and dignity even when he was not particularly polite to staff and dismissive. His personal needs have been kindly administered and help has always been given despite him being very demanding at times.
There was a 24hr emergency line which was very comforting as the industry that I work in has limited telephone contact during the day. If I had any queries or my Dad required any changes these were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. In addition, if there were any issues we were always informed in a timely manner.
The carer team were always bright, positive and friendly with all of us and our noisy excitable dog!

It soon became apparent to me that as important as his medication may have been he was benefitting equally from the social interaction between himself and his carers and that his mood had lifted. He looks forward to seeing members of the care team each day. He speaks very highly of them and having met a few of the staff I can see why. The carers have always gone to great lengths to resolve problems mostly generated by his confusion and they have enabled me to relax in the knowledge that any new concerns won’t be swept under the carpet. This diligence has earned my trust and respect and together with my father I can confidently recommend the flexible services offered by My Homecare.
