Very good on time of arrival.

The only complaint I have is with the new app which does not let me know that you have made a last minute change to the time and or the carers name!

But I'm very disappointed with the management, you've got me down for 08.30 because I'm a diabetic on insulin and many times they come much later ,whereas I should be eating earlier.

I would definitely recommend their services to anybody that was looking for care for a family member.

The team at My Homecare are fantastic in ensuring the safety and well-being of my mother. The carers are friendly and professional and put our minds at rest knowing she is in safe hands. The head office team are also very easy to deal with and are always keen to help with queries and requests. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

My father has mixed dementia and after a medical setback in June, required more direct, twice-daily support. After reviewing various care providers in the area My Homecare (Crowborough) visited and assessed my fathers’ ongoing needs and agreed a care plan largely focused on ensuring he took his medication. It soon became apparent to me that as important as his medication may have been he was benefitting equally from the social interaction between himself and his carers and that his mood had lifted. He looks forward to seeing members of the care team each day. He speaks very highly of them and having met a few of the staff I can see why. The carers have always gone to great lengths to resolve problems mostly generated by his confusion and they have enabled me to relax in the knowledge that any new concerns won’t be swept under the carpet. This diligence has earned my trust and respect and together with my father I can confidently recommend the flexible services offered by My Homecare.

The staff visit my parents several times a day. They are always kind and friendly, despite sadly my parents being somewhat difficult. They persevere with engaging my parents and now slowly, they are winning them over.

I find the staff joyful and efficient. Their work is first class.
