Making regular in person visits, she is fully aware of my fathers progress at any given point. She offers useful advice, has good knowledge and recommendations of local services (day clubs, respite, hospitals) which can compliment home care and is able to expedite certain medical services through her contacts which might otherwise be delayed. She allows the service flexibility when needed and available if any issue have arisen. I have had experience of other care providers and myhomecare stand out on all counts as superior. Their high rating is well deserved.

Dad needed a bit more support at the beginning, but after a couple of months it was clear that he had improved a bit, so it was suggested to us that the visitation be reduced and reassessed every so often. I think many businesses would just have continued with the unnecessary visits, but I like that Dad's needs have been the main consideration, which is as it should be. Overall, I'm very happy with the care Dad is receiving and it is a relief that he is treated with dignity and kindness.
