Part I
Homecare provided a live in care for my father who was suffering from advanced Alzheimer's disease. This was provided in my own house where my father stayed for the final few years of his life.
The first live in carer was discovered to be drunk on duty and was removed from the house. After
this live in carers was changed frequently with My Homecare relying heavily on agancy staff that wa spreviously unkown to them. This resulted in varying degrees of qualitity from good to absolutely awful. We had a number of carers that spoke no English. This is difficult when giving meds etc and conversing with other that live in the house. Along with the live in carer MyHomecare provided no comfort visitor per day. My carpets were getting dirty and Damaged through all the care traffic. Dispite numerous requests the care staff would not remove their shoes inside the house which has resulted in the carpet being ruined and had to be replaced.

The care my father has been given has been excellent.
The primary carer who visits the majority of days is kind, patient and caring.
Clearly the training at My Homecare is excellent and carer selection is carefully though through. I feel confident knowing my dad is safe and looked after by My Homecare.

The carers visit my mother twice a week to strip, wash, and sometimes other personal care chores. My mother is usually very wary to strangers but has taken to the carers' work and kindness.

My carers are helping me a lot everyday on my daily life and breakfast. I cannot live without them because they are amazing and caring, excellent and wonderful. I really appreciated it. I am happy with my carers and I am feeling better when they helping which makes it faster. My Homecare Kingston ,

My Home Care Hayes has no understanding of how to care for someone with specific needs. Management falsely claimed their staff were trained for the required care tasks, but our experience as a family was horrific. What they put my mum through was completely unacceptable. The package lasted only four
days before I had to terminate it. Despite being under the IBU and Continuing Care Team, this clearly meant nothing. Unfortunately, even the CQC report doesn't seem to reflect the reality of their service.

My experience with 'My Homecare' has been excellent. The manager was friendly + very professional. She gave me many useful tips, how to raise our concerns, and advices. The carer, she was very kind + kept her professional manner even when my mother displayed challenging behaviours.

service very much and I definitely recommend them to others!

I am happy with our carers, he's a very friendly guy who supports my father-in-law. The service is very good and gives us a peace of mind. The company is outstanding and such a good value for money. The staff are such nice people and we appreciate every thing the company gives us.

In the end only had wonderful carers for 4 days as my husband was sadly admitted to a Hospice and passed away, but they were reliable, efficient, professional and so very kind to him and myself too at an extremely upsetting and stressful time. Also wanted to say the staff who I spoke to in the office
and the lovely lady who came out originally to meet us and assess our needs were also brilliant. Really appreciate all everyone did for us.

My grandma was discharged from the hospital in early May following a stroke and is living with dementia. Since then, we have had carers from My Homecare Kingston, and we are very impressed with their service. The carers are kind, reliable, and caring, always going the extra mile and asking if there
is anything else they can help with. We are grateful for their understanding and professionalism in our situation.
The lady manager is always helpful in responding to queries, and the coordinators regularly call to check if my grandma is okay and if there is anything they can help with. They also speak with my grandma and reassure our family regularly. This is one of the best services we have experienced, and I highly recommend My Homecare Kingston.
