Overall Experience

My Aunt Tahereh received excellent care in her her final weeks at home. The ladies providing the care 4 times a day were always smiling, friendly, attentive and courteous. Sadly she passed away in hospital in late October, but I am sure she would have agreed with this review

Overall Experience

Homecare carers looked after my mother while she was on her own & had dementia. Carer's prepared food, personal hygiene, and assisted medication. They were very good. The manager would visit regularly for checking if everything is OK.
I appreciate their support.

Overall Experience

I have had the help of My Home Care since late 2020 and the carers' are all very kind and friendly, in fact I have one carer since the beginning whom we have as we call her our adopted daughter, she will help us beyond the call of duty. Saying that, I think it helps having a constant face to see every

morning, although I have many other Carers' like Laura who are equally as thoughtful and kind. The other thing I would say if I need them urgently they will if possible help. On the whole I have been very happy with this company and thank them all for their support.

Overall Experience

I'm so happy with the care my mum is receiving from this company. After having bad experiences with other care providers, it's such a relief to finally find a team that truly cares. The carers are kind, reliable, and treat my mum with respect and compassion. Communication is great too - I always feel

kept in the loop and confident she's in safe hands. I honestly can't thank them enough for making such a difference. Highly recommend!

Overall Experience

The care my father has been given has been excellent.
The primary carer who visits the majority of days is kind, patient and caring.
Clearly the training at My Homecare is excellent and carer selection is carefully though through. I feel confident knowing my dad is safe and looked after by My Homecare.

Overall Experience

The carers visit my mother twice a week to strip, wash, and sometimes other personal care chores. My mother is usually very wary to strangers but has taken to the carers' work and kindness.

Overall Experience

My Home Care Hayes has no understanding of how to care for someone with specific needs. Management falsely claimed their staff were trained for the required care tasks, but our experience as a family was horrific. What they put my mum through was completely unacceptable. The package lasted only four

days before I had to terminate it. Despite being under the IBU and Continuing Care Team, this clearly meant nothing. Unfortunately, even the CQC report doesn't seem to reflect the reality of their service.

My experience with 'My Homecare' has been excellent. The manager was friendly + very professional. She gave me many useful tips, how to raise our concerns, and advices. The carer, she was very kind + kept her professional manner even when my mother displayed challenging behaviours.

The carers I've received are incredible and the company and care they've provided for me since being discharged from hospital is second to none and the hospital I was discharged from could learn a thing or two from My Homecare Kingston. I fully recommend the company.

I am happy with our carers, he's a very friendly guy who supports my father-in-law. The service is very good and gives us a peace of mind. The company is outstanding and such a good value for money. The staff are such nice people and we appreciate every thing the company gives us.

Overall Experience

In the end only had wonderful carers for 4 days as my husband was sadly admitted to a Hospice and passed away, but they were reliable, efficient, professional and so very kind to him and myself too at an extremely upsetting and stressful time. Also wanted to say the staff who I spoke to in the office

and the lovely lady who came out originally to meet us and assess our needs were also brilliant. Really appreciate all everyone did for us.
