The care my father has been given has been excellent.
The primary carer who visits the majority of days is kind, patient and caring.
Clearly the training at My Homecare is excellent and carer selection is carefully though through. I feel confident knowing my dad is safe and looked after by My Homecare.

The carers visit my mother twice a week to strip, wash, and sometimes other personal care chores. My mother is usually very wary to strangers but has taken to the carers' work and kindness.

My carers are helping me a lot everyday on my daily life and breakfast. I cannot live without them because they are amazing and caring, excellent and wonderful. I really appreciated it. I am happy with my carers and I am feeling better when they helping which makes it faster. My Homecare Kingston ,

My experience with 'My Homecare' has been excellent. The manager was friendly + very professional. She gave me many useful tips, how to raise our concerns, and advices. The carer, she was very kind + kept her professional manner even when my mother displayed challenging behaviours.

I am happy with our carers, he's a very friendly guy who supports my father-in-law. The service is very good and gives us a peace of mind. The company is outstanding and such a good value for money. The staff are such nice people and we appreciate every thing the company gives us.

My grandma was discharged from the hospital in early May following a stroke and is living with dementia. Since then, we have had carers from My Homecare Kingston, and we are very impressed with their service. The carers are kind, reliable, and caring, always going the extra mile and asking if there
is anything else they can help with. We are grateful for their understanding and professionalism in our situation.
The lady manager is always helpful in responding to queries, and the coordinators regularly call to check if my grandma is okay and if there is anything they can help with. They also speak with my grandma and reassure our family regularly. This is one of the best services we have experienced, and I highly recommend My Homecare Kingston.

I grew up in a church vicarage and studied at a Theological Seminary, shaping my life around church work. My passion lies in assisting elderly and vulnerable individuals in the community. Before joining My Homecare Kingston in 2019, I dedicated myself to helping those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.


My current focus is on supporting older people in the community, aiming to contribute to a positive change in the delivery of care. My ultimate goal is to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, allowing them to maintain independence in their own homes for as long as possible.

In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I joined My Homecare Kingston as a Care Professional. Having spent over 12 years as an educational training coordinator in the RBK council, a redundancy became the catalyst for pursuing a more fulfilling career, and my interest in caring led me to this decision.
