More than happy with the carers who come for a couple of hours or so most mornings.
Many thanks for taking your time to write the review form. My Homecare Kingston team will be happy to read your comment and we will continue to deliver the best service for you.
Whenever I have my husband with his carers I am usually confident they will have a friendly and enjoyable time together. We always have the same carer which I think is very important. Although my husband's Alzheimer's means a severely affected memory, he does seem to realise there is some familiarity about him. I couldn't have found a nicer friendlier person to leave my husband with. Whenever I contact My Homecare, Kingston they are so kind and caring.
My mum has dementia, has been living with us, and has a strong dislike of showers. My Homecare Kingston helped us with giving her a shower every week. The carer was always on time, friendly, patient, sometimes under trying circumstances, and really helped us. The manager was also regularly in touch to check that everything was ok. Very happy with My Homecare Kingston.
Thank you so much, Andy, for your lovely review note and we appreciate it very much. My Homecare Kingston team will be happy and your kind words are encouraging our team.
A very high standard of care given. Reliable, friendly, treated my mother with respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company.
I live with a very rare illness. I am a disabled person. Since I have carers from My Homecare Kingston, they are very reliable and I can trust them. They are coming to assist my two young children who need showering, hair wash, and preparing packed lunches and meals. My Homecare Kingston carers are excellent and I can't praise them enough, and I feel so blessed and lucky to have found My Homecare Kingston.
My experience with My Homecare Kingston has been amazing. My Homecare attended my calls from the first day following moving down from Hounslow Borough Council to Kingston Upon Thames Borough Council. They provided the same carers always. The carers were so kind, caring and exceptional, as was the management. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their loved ones and family. Their communication was outstanding and the management team ensure that I am kept informed. Thank you!
All their staff were so kind, bubbly and clinically knowledgeable, supportive and extremely competent until that my sister was transferred to another region. My experience with My Homecare Kingston and the team has been really supportive to ensure my sister must have appripriate care and support. I highly recommend My Homecare Kingston.
The care I had received was way above expectation. It was a short-term arrangement and I was looking forward to my morning 2 hour and evening 1 hour care. I received excellent personable care and I loved my warm, freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners. My carer kept my environment very tidy and clean. She sorted my laundry out, took me out for walks and talked to me so I didn't feel depressed. Price is affordable. Thank you very much.
We were blessed by having her looking after my 94-year-old mother. Her standard of care was off the scale. She was kind, loving and greatly experienced. Not only did she perform her basic duties well, she went beyond. She was amazing, using her nursing skills to help my mother recover.
We have been using My Homecare for about 5 months now. It has made a huge difference to both my husband's and my life. Our carer comes in twice a week to help him shower and to change the bedsheets. What had previously been a necessary chore for him and me is now a high spot in the week. He looks forward to her visits and it gives me welcome times space. An excellent service.
My carer is pleasant, caring and good at her job. No hesitation in recommending.
These are excellent carers looking after my mother and supporting my father. They have, since starting the care, gone above and beyond their duties to help my family in every way. My mother is particularly difficult to deal with and they have helped with KP and council contact to sort medication requirements, household cleaning/house requirements. They have kept in constant contact with myself to inform me of any problems and general updates. All around, they have been excellent.
The carer provided is very professional, kind and on time. I am happy to have a few hours break as the carer is trustworthy.
My carer is excellent - punctual, caring, kind and anticipated my needs. A considerate companion who helps me with anything I want. I am fortunate to have such good support, especially when recovering from COVID.
During this Covid19 pandemic, we are very thankful to have the quality carers from My Homecare Kingston to look after the lady of the house who suffers from MS and is bedridden. The professionalism showed by the two carers is of the highest quality and one can feel the love by the carers towards the lady of the house. The commitment is really appreciated. I can highly recommend My Homecare Kingston to any prospective client. Thank you.
When my main assistant could not get back from Amsterdam in April, My Homecare stepped in and they were superb. I do not fit the mould. I need total personal care but I love being outdoors and seeing and doing things. They were happy to fit in with MY needs. In August my assistant went on holiday and ended up having to self isolate so he was away for 5 weeks. The same carer came to our rescue again. He could not have been better. Prior to the lockdown we had already established a relationship because the same carer took me swimming every Thursday evening. They are totally reliable and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you My Homecare.
My Homecare is very good. Nothing is too much trouble and she is very thorough.
Mum's carer is very pleasant. She makes sure Mum takes her tablets, makes her breakfast and dinner, makes sure she is showered, and has clean clothes. I cannot praise her enough. Don't know what we would do it we didn't have her as she takes the pressure off us.
I feel so much better since I have My Homecare and I have someone in every day for both my parents. I was impressed by the consistent, excellent care provided by My Homecare (Kingston). They updated me on any issues or changes that they had noticed and identified or if they had any concerns. We do this by email or phone; I feel like we are working together. This was something which put my mind at ease.
The carers are thorough, and their caring approach, respect and attention to detail have helped, which my parents now feel much more comfortable; I can tell they are relaxed.
Knowing I am my sister have My Homecare on our side, especially in these unprecedented times, is very reassuring and supportive.
My sister and I are very happy and highly recommend My Homecare (Kingston) to anyone who needs care and support in their own home. Thank you very much for helping my parents.
My Homecare Kingston provided much-needed care and support for my mother who has been suffering from dementia. Carers are amazing. My Mum used to have so many different carers but now My Homecare Kingston has significant attention is focussed towards matching the right carer to my Mum. My father and I are very happy. My father had a lot of difficult situations with previous carers from previous companies. The carers from My Homecare Kingston were quick to act on concerns and anything that we would like to discuss about care and support for my family. We can't speak highly enough of their care services and highly recommend.

I grew up in a church vicarage and studied at a Theological Seminary, shaping my life around church work. My passion lies in assisting elderly and vulnerable individuals in the community. Before joining My Homecare Kingston in 2019, I dedicated myself to helping those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
My current focus is on supporting older people in the community, aiming to contribute to a positive change in the delivery of care. My ultimate goal is to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, allowing them to maintain independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
I am deeply committed to the continuous training and development of our Care Professionals, empowering them to deliver the best service possible. At My Homecare Kingston, we share a common belief: the care provided should be of the standard we would want for our own loved ones.
In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I joined My Homecare Kingston as a Care Professional. Having spent over 12 years as an educational training coordinator in the RBK council, a redundancy became the catalyst for pursuing a more fulfilling career, and my interest in caring led me to this decision.
During the lockdown, I felt a strong desire to make a positive impact, and that's when a friend introduced me to My Homecare Kingston. Joining this amazing and supportive team exceeded my expectations, and working as a Care Professional has been incredibly rewarding.
Currently enrolled in a level 3 course, I am eager to progress to the role of Support Coordinator. While I still enjoy going out and visiting my clients, I have also gained insight into the additional work and commitment involved in ensuring our clients and Care Professionals always have the best possible experience.
I'm (Drilona Vrapi), and I've been happily working at MyHomecare Kingston since 2022. After studying Biology and Business Management, I gained experience as a senior carer and team leader, learning how to take care of people. Ongoing healthcare training ensures our team provides the best care.
My main role at MyHomecare Kingston is to ensure excellent care by collaborating well with our team. I have a genuine passion for helping people achieve their well-being goals, and I want our care to exceed the basics. I aim for a comprehensive approach that considers physical, emotional, and social well-being.
As Field Care Supervisor at MyHomecare Kingston, I apply my knowledge from studies and past roles to lead a team that not only provides excellent care but also contributes to the overall well-being improvement of those we care for.
