AAA have been caring for my mum at home for the last few years and they have been superb. The communication is excellent, they always respond to texts and calls and we have a group where everyone can put notes on or information which is really helpful. Shamsa the team leader is very responsive and always
deals with my questions or concerns. They have been accommodating in time slots to suit us better and I feel comfortable in contacting them if I have any issues. Would highly recommend.

This gives the family peace of mind knowing he is receiving person-centred care at all times. If there are any issues at his home, the carers or office/managers

The care our mum has received from AAA Healthcare Agency has been truly wonderful. The carers who visit her are extremely kind and compassionate, always treating her with respect and dignity. They consistently go the extra mile-supporting Mum both emotionally and practically-and communicate with us
in a timely and thoughtful way.
The manager, who coordinates the team, does an outstanding job. She is highly organised, flexible, and deeply compassionate. Under her care, both Mum's practical and emotional needs are met, and Mum has complete trust in the team. As we live abroad, this gives us immense peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands.
We are so grateful to everyone at AAA Healthcare Agency for the difference they make every day.

The AAA staff are part of the team (including family members and friends) that cares for mum. Their care has been absolutely outstanding with nothing too much trouble. The management staff have been on point too. We have experienced care with 2 previous companies and there is absolutely no comparison,
with AAA a country mile ahead in terms of service delivery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

I am so happy that my husband and I have been cared for by AAA and their super care team. Although the care is for my husband, they always consider and obviously care about me as well. Whenever I have reason to contact AAA for help or information they respond promptly, and fully. All the carers who
have arrived to care for my husband are kind, friendly, caring and efficient, and, as we have come to know them, they are more like family to us. The carers are professional, well trained, obviously already knowing my husband's condition (vascular dementia and partial paralysis following a stroke) and needs. Carers respond patiently to his variable moods and requests. He requires help getting out of bed and onto a commode; a full wash, change of clothing, change of bedding, back into bed, then a routine of exercises to improve his mobility, all done with efficiency and care for his feelings and painful areas to avoid. I happily recommend AAA for home care.

My care from AAA is now being provided from their new Blackpool team and is well up to the standard previously provided to me by the Preston office.
To me, apart from the friendly, cheerful interface with their staff at all levels, it is their policy of providing individual care from a regular, small
team of carers to each recipient. You get to know them and they get to know you, thus building up a friendship and trust which is important. As a receiver of care this is much appreciated.
In total, so far,
I have been happily satisfied with the care I have received over the past sixteen months and I am looking forward to a continuing association with them.

Th AAA team keep her clean and comfortable, showing her so much care and respect. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The whole team are reliable and excellent

CHORLEY AREA - Most of staff, when they try to chat to me, it feels like they've rehearsed the conversation, most of the staff work really slowly and low standards, leaving no time for actual real help. I worked in care prior to spinal injuries, in 20 mins I was expected/did 8 - 12 beds properly, basic
tidying, emptied clients bin in bedroom or bathroom. Got photo evidence of dirty most carers leave when they say they finished a task. Ayesha is brilliant, doesn't cut corners, feel a connection with her, the others when they chat it feels forced / rehearsed . And I still have to repeat every single sentence as they don't understand my English. Yes made 4 complaints in 18 mths, standards apart from Ayesha as she's new to me standards have dropped even further. Overall I cannot / will not recommend this company.
