Hi, I am Paul, and I am the operations manager for AAA Healthcare, my role is to ensure all of our amazing care and office teams are providing people with the best possible care and support throughout their journey. I have worked in the healthcare sector for the last 30 years in various roles. I love to make people's lives better and strive to achieve this everyday.

"I have extensive leadership within the Health and Social Care sector, with over 13 years experience across frontline care, management, and senior leadership roles. I have previously worked as a Registered Manager for several years providing me with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, governance, and accountability under CQC requirements. I am committed to continuous professional development and ensure that my training remains current and aligned with best practice and regulatory expectations, and will be completing a leadership and management course to assist me in this new role. I have been a registered general nurse since 2013, working within acute hospital settings, providing essential care and essential urgent care. I then moved on to working within the community within a large nursing home, where I became a unit manager, deputy, and then registered manager. I have been a registered manager for 4 years within large nursing homes which catered for residents living with complex nursing needs, physical needs, dementia, palliative care, learning disabilities and mental health. I developed skills and valuable knowledge to become an experienced manager within the health sector. Within my new role, I will work closely with the director, local Authorities, NHS and GP practices to continue positive engagement to move the service forward to reducing hospital admissions and improving community-based care. Within all these roles, I gained strong clinical awareness and experience in personal care, supporting individuals with complex health needs, adhering to clinical protocols, and working within fast-paced, high-risk environments. I have a strong understanding of evidencing compliance, engaging with inspectors, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Values and Outcomes.
