AAA Healthcare Agency were really very helpful during my nightmare on this earth of watching my dear mother dying, As you can imagine it was a very awful time, but AAA supported me the best way they could have.The staff were very helpful even though most carers were very kind and caring toward my mother, a special mention must go to Usman and his partner in crime without them life would have been even more unbearable.The main point I am making here is AAA turned up when they needed to and provided an amazing service in my darkest hours.

Finally I cannot end this review without mentioning the true and wonderful engine behind AAA which is the manager Sidratull, She was supportive throughout and did everything she could to ensure my mother was always getting the best care, and also trying to make my mother as comfortable as possible if not via telephone calls or client visits, Sidra was and is an amazing lady that AAA is extremely lucky to have. The AAA staff are part of the team (including family members and friends) that cares for mum. Their care has been absolutely outstanding with nothing too much trouble. The management staff have been on point too. We have experienced care with 2 previous companies and there is absolutely no comparison, with AAA a country mile ahead in terms of service delivery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

I am so happy that my husband and I have been cared for by AAA and their super care team. Although the care is for my husband, they always consider and obviously care about me as well. Whenever I have reason to contact AAA for help or information they respond promptly, and fully. All the carers who have arrived to care for my husband are kind, friendly, caring and efficient, and, as we have come to know them, they are more like family to us. The carers are professional, well trained, obviously already knowing my husband's condition (vascular dementia and partial paralysis following a stroke) and needs. Carers respond patiently to his variable moods and requests. He requires help getting out of bed and onto a commode; a full wash, change of clothing, change of bedding, back into bed, then a routine of exercises to improve his mobility, all done with efficiency and care for his feelings and painful areas to avoid. I happily recommend AAA for home care.
