My name is Sam, and I have worked within the care sector since 2008. I began my career in HR within supported living services and progressed to Locality Manager before gaining experience across a range of care settings, including extra care and managed apartment projects.
For the past five years, I have been the Registered Manager at AAA Healthcare, where I discovered my passion for supporting individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring that every client’s needs, choices, and wellbeing are at the heart of the service we provide.
Working alongside a compassionate and professional team, my aim is to promote dignity, independence, and happiness for all those we support.
