AAA Healthcare Agency are a professional, caring and attentive team who are committed to ensuring that their clients are provided with an appropriate level of support for the clients needs. The care support works very well as a team and provides the same carers thereby enabling the client and family to build a positive rapport, trust and friendship with the team. I very much appreciate the help and support given to my parents and family members over the past 8 months to ensure that care is maintained within the home. Thank you very much.

The AAA staff are part of the team (including family members and friends) that cares for mum. Their care has been absolutely outstanding with nothing too much trouble. The management staff have been on point too. We have experienced care with 2 previous companies and there is absolutely no comparison, with AAA a country mile ahead in terms of service delivery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

I am so happy that my husband and I have been cared for by AAA and their super care team. Although the care is for my husband, they always consider and obviously care about me as well. Whenever I have reason to contact AAA for help or information they respond promptly, and fully. All the carers who have arrived to care for my husband are kind, friendly, caring and efficient, and, as we have come to know them, they are more like family to us. The carers are professional, well trained, obviously already knowing my husband's condition (vascular dementia and partial paralysis following a stroke) and needs. Carers respond patiently to his variable moods and requests. He requires help getting out of bed and onto a commode; a full wash, change of clothing, change of bedding, back into bed, then a routine of exercises to improve his mobility, all done with efficiency and care for his feelings and painful areas to avoid. I happily recommend AAA for home care.

My care from AAA is now being provided from their new Blackpool team and is well up to the standard previously provided to me by the Preston office. To me, apart from the friendly, cheerful interface with their staff at all levels, it is their policy of providing individual care from a regular, small team of carers to each recipient. You get to know them and they get to know you, thus building up a friendship and trust which is important. As a receiver of care this is much appreciated. In total, so far, I have been happily satisfied with the care I have received over the past sixteen months and I am looking forward to a continuing association with them. Ian
