The care from all the staff members at AAA healthcare has been amazing. They took such good care of my mum and were so caring and kind to my dad. The carers, office staff and managers are professional, caring and compassionate. All showing a lovely understanding of how loosing independence in older age can be frustrating and difficult. They always treated my parents with respect and care and would go out of their way to accommodate the needs of my parents.

Excellent care, on time, friendly, efficient, nothing too much trouble.

It is with great pleasure that I can say a big thank you to the carers and staff at AAA for almost 7 months, my wife received daily care with concern and dignity. Much was learnt about Asian life which created great interest for my wife. Doubtless the care and dignity will continue with future patients. Thank you again.

The carers who support my father are always punctual, polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they consistently provide care with kindness, respect and good humour. The manager and team leaders have also been exceptional, offering valuable advice and support whenever needed. They have even attended meetings on my behalf, which has been greatly appreciated. Throughout the time we have received care, we have never once been let down. Whenever my father's care package has needed to change, the team has been flexible and accommodating, ensuring that our needs have been met at every stage. I am extremely grateful for the dedication, reliability and high standard of car provided by the entire team.

The carers have been absolutely brilliant Nadia and shamilia and usama can't express my gratitude to them for the help and care . Management have been very helpful and caring I will miss them so much but can't cope anymore going in a nursing home

The carers have been looking after my mum for multiple years, they have developed a lovely caring relationship with her, due to working full time I can't be there for my mum as much as I would like so I'm so very grateful that I can rely on them for everything she needs. And if my mum could thank them I'm sure she would.

My favourite care staff are Roman, Sai and Usman who are all great. Thank you.

AAA Healthcare Agency were really very helpful during my nightmare on this earth of watching my dear mother dying, As you can imagine it was a very awful time, but AAA supported me the best way they could have.The staff were very helpful even though most carers were very kind and caring toward my mother, a special mention must go to Usman and his partner in crime without them life would have been even more unbearable.The main point I am making here is AAA turned up when they needed to and provided an amazing service in my darkest hours.

Finally I cannot end this review without mentioning the true and wonderful engine behind AAA which is the manager Sidratull, She was supportive throughout and did everything she could to ensure my mother was always getting the best care, and also trying to make my mother as comfortable as possible if not via telephone calls or client visits, Sidra was and is an amazing lady that AAA is extremely lucky to have.
