My Homecare Redbridge Reviews (4)
Over all time My Homecare Redbridge has 4 reviews.
I am extremely pleased with the care I am receiving from My Homecare.
The carers who attend my parents are extremely good, very caring and kind.
I felt really reassured knowing that Mum was being cared for properly.
My mother has been cared for by My Homecare Redbridge for the past month. Before My Homecare took over, we had some issues with a couple of local agencies but these have been resolved by My Homecare Redbridge. The carers are punctual but if they are going to be late we are informed in advance by the office and they are very apologetic. The carers go the extra mile to make sure my mum is comfortable and safe due to the training given to them. My Homecare team is in contact with me regularly to update me of Mum’s progress. I know my mum is in good hands and I can get on with doing other things and not worry too much about her.
