The team at My Homecare are fantastic in ensuring the safety and well-being of my mother. The carers are friendly and professional and put our minds at rest knowing she is in safe hands. The head office team are also very easy to deal with and are always keen to help with queries and requests. Cannot
reccomend highly enough.

I just want to say some words of thanks to the entire team that have been looking after my Dad whilst he has been staying at our address.
My Dad can be very difficult at times and has some personal behavioural issues himself to which the staff that have administered and attended him have always been
very sympathetic and patient dealing with. He was treated with respect and dignity even when he was not particularly polite to staff and dismissive. His personal needs have been kindly administered and help has always been given despite him being very demanding at times.
There was a 24hr emergency line which was very comforting as the industry that I work in has limited telephone contact during the day. If I had any queries or my Dad required any changes these were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. In addition, if there were any issues we were always informed in a timely manner.
The carer team were always bright, positive and friendly with all of us and our noisy excitable dog!

My father has mixed dementia and after a medical setback in June, required more direct, twice-daily support. After reviewing various care providers in the area My Homecare (Crowborough) visited and assessed my fathers’ ongoing needs and agreed a care plan largely focused on ensuring he took his medication.
It soon became apparent to me that as important as his medication may have been he was benefitting equally from the social interaction between himself and his carers and that his mood had lifted. He looks forward to seeing members of the care team each day. He speaks very highly of them and having met a few of the staff I can see why. The carers have always gone to great lengths to resolve problems mostly generated by his confusion and they have enabled me to relax in the knowledge that any new concerns won’t be swept under the carpet. This diligence has earned my trust and respect and together with my father I can confidently recommend the flexible services offered by My Homecare.

The staff visit my parents several times a day. They are always kind and friendly, despite sadly my parents being somewhat difficult. They persevere with engaging my parents and now slowly, they are winning them over.
