She creates safeguarding issues by refusing to honour appointment times. Does not have any knowledge to make these decisions and then lies.
We had to go to adult social care, they were appalled by the treatment we received.
If you are self funding, go elsewhere. If you are funded hope that you don't get them.
She hasn't a caring bone in her body. Contradicts herself constantly and has no compassion and seems completely incapable of doing her job.
We apologise that we were unable to offer the specific times you requested. We always strive to accommodate all the preferences of our clients and are sorry in this instance that we couldn't. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee exact timing for all visits, due to the unpredictability of...
The care my nana received was exceptional. The carers fulfilled all her needs, and they treated her like a friend. Every time I visited my nana whilst the carers were there, my nana lit up when they came through the door. It was like friends just coming around for a cuppa; my nana was laughing and chatting throughout their visit. My nana could be stubborn when she wanted to be, but the girls manage to support her with every task with little encouragement and smiling faces. I fully recommend every carer and office team; they are all friendly and professional.
Could not ask for better 5* care all the way. They go above and beyond for their clients and their families to give the best care. They kept us stronger than we ever thought possibly could be achieved and they cared for Dad with the utmost respect and pride. Can not recommend a better company to be honest, they're fabulous and support you every step of the way.
