I am very satisfied with the care my mum receives, she is happy knowing the times and the names of the girls that are coming.

My Homecare has been providing services for us for 2 years. For all that time we've had more or less the same team of carers who know John well and understand his needs. Recently one of our regular carers lived in with John while I had a few days break. It was great. John was relaxed about it, no worrying about having someone new caring for him and he actually enjoyed the experience. I had a much needed break with no worries about John's care while I was away. Excellent!

My father has received an excellent level of care since his stroke 2.5 years ago. My father, and mother, have built good relationships with his carers who are good humoured, very polite, kind and treat my father with dignity.

This is essential when you are the main carer to have several breaks , with the knowledge your family member has no concerns & very happy with the carers provided . Their knowledge of the care needed & the relationship built over time is essential. Consistency is what we both feel is very important & a the feeling the care agency & carers do care very much about the client & are knowledgeable & professional.

My Homecare West Sussex is an outstanding company which has my full recommendation. The care my mother received was exceptional. The carers went above and beyond to support her, being consistently reliable, showing her the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed, updated and involved in her care plan. 'Thank you ' to all the team.

The carers are very good, and they help me with my shopping. And take me for walks, and also get my meds for me and are helping me learn to do housework.I am very settled with them there very caring people, and it's nice to have the same carers.

Was very quick with doing there assesment and setting the the care plan and to get him home. It was nice that my son got on well with them all and there make sure his medication is pick up on time and so far he has stay out of hospital .and is very happy with all the support he getting.

Homecare services overall have been very professional and hardworking. The carers are always friendly and chatty and we feel very comfortable to have them in our home. Any problems with sickness or lateness they call and reassure us they are on their way. The management team are always available with any problems and questions you need assistance with. A great team I would highly recommend them.

I've no complaints with any of the staff, they are friendly and helpful.

Everything goes well. Noreen is mostly happy to see your ladies, and they care for her very well.

The carers coming are polite and friendly, however I feel that from the following experience that there is a lack of training support for their job roles. 1. The time they spend is very short, sometimes 10 minutes, this does not allow for application of care values. 2. The carers often do not know their job role responsibilities and do not have appropriate training, no inductions in progress. 3. There are no supervisory assessments to help train the staff, indicates where they are going wrong. The staff in my opinion need support.

Working with the staff from My Homecare has been an excellent experience. I have found all the staff to work at a very high level of professionalism. The company has been very accommodating for my complex needs. All staff are highly trained and treat me with kindness and dignity.

My care experience has greatly improved in the past 6-12 months. Supervisory staff now listen to my needs, carers are now regular which is far better for my needs. Attitude of my care staff has also improved.

I was worried when I first realised my husband would need carers but the care he has received since the visits from "kind hearts" has been wonderful they have all treated him with care and respect and he looks forward to his morning visits and my life has improved with this care too.
