MyHomecare Cheshire is a locally based domiciliary care provider supporting adults to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Care is delivered in a flexible and responsive way, tailored to each individual’s needs, routines, and preferences, recognising that no two people or families are the same.
A range of services is available, including daily visiting care, live-in care, dementia support, and short-term or hospital discharge care. Daily visits provide support with personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, mobility, light household tasks, and companionship, helping individuals remain independent while receiving assistance at the right times. Live-in care offers continuous reassurance, safety, and companionship for those who require ongoing support, enabling people to remain at home rather than move into residential care.
Dementia care is delivered in a calm, respectful, and person-centred way, focusing on maintaining familiar routines, reducing anxiety, and preserving dignity and identity. Short-term and recovery care supports individuals following illness or hospital discharge, helping to re-establish routines and confidence at home.
Person-centred care underpins every aspect of the service. Time is taken to understand each person beyond their care needs, including life history, preferences, values, and what matters most to them. Families are supported through clear communication, guidance, and reassurance, particularly during times of uncertainty or pressure.
Care begins with a comprehensive home assessment to identify priorities, assess risks, and recommend the most appropriate level of support. Carers are thoughtfully matched to ensure continuity, trust, and positive relationships. The overall aim is to provide reliable, compassionate care that adapts as needs change, enabling people to live well at home with confidence and peace of mind.

It is over the last year not just individual months. I am unhappy with how my husband who is registered blind was asked to sign something which he can't read, me or my son was not informed about the visit. Two thirds of the carers are really good caring, interested and helpful. Some of the carers don't even say hello to me or declare themselves when they walk in. I am not happy with the service overall, some carers are in for 10 minutes sometimes less. There has been several occasions when the valve on leg bag has been left open, I have to get my son or granddaughter to come around and change the bed but it won't get rid of the smell of urine. My son was so disappointed with the service provider not getting back in touch that he phoned the C.Q.C only after this did the provider approach the issues he raised. If on any occasion anyone comes to see my husband myself or my son should be notified in advance. This is not a 5 star review.
