My son has four regular members of your staff to support my son. Shaun, Haroun, Samuel and Abdullah, I have nothing but praise for them, and the service they provide is excellent. My son has a brain injury and can be challenging at times but they have built a rapport with him and Shaun and Haroun in particular as it is mostly them who who work with my son.They work alongside the directly employed team and slotted right in. Thanks to all the staff our home is a happy, comfortable, safe place for everyone.

All my carer are very good. I give them 100% for caring for me. I'm cleaned very well. They are very helpful with my daily care and my health. They will do anything for me with my needs. I think of them very highly.

Flexibility of carers' timeslot is excellent from our viewpoint. Carers usually arrive within the expected window. Carers always wear personal protection. The carers we see carry out our wishes with regard to washing/showering and dressing to our satisfaction. Other normal tasks are undertaken when requested.

Very satisfied apart from the fact I do not get a rota regularly so not know whose on duty or what time the carers are coming.
The carers are well trained and kept up to date about changing needs by the manager. They are exemplary in every way being conscientious in respecting my parents likes and routines. They are kind, compassionate and patient judging situations well. Neighbours have commented favourably on the carers. We have also been so appreciative that the care ladies we have are invariably the same. They are familiar faces that I have enjoyed getting to know and this continuity of care is also good for my parents. The carers are happy to update me as to how things have gone each visit too.
