My homecare carer are excellent very friendly, polite and mostly helpful. They are very understanding and promote me with all the needs. They are very respectful to me and my family.

Flexibility of carers' timeslot is excellent from our viewpoint. Carers usually arrive within the expected window. Carers always wear personal protection. The carers we see carry out our wishes with regard to washing/showering and dressing to our satisfaction. Other normal tasks are undertaken when
requested.

The carers are punctual, totally professional and bring a good sense of humour, never patronising at all but work with the patient!

The carers who look after my wife treat her with compassion and respect. It is not easy to deal with a person who cannot talk or is very confused.

Very satisfied apart from the fact I do not get a rota regularly so not know whose on duty or what time the carers are coming.

Both my parents' care needs have increased over the last 20 months and My Homecare have always been able to adapt quickly and appropriately to arising situations and meet their needs so that I know my parents are safe. The manager has been able to create rotas that work well for me and my parents
and respond to queries helpfully.
The carers are well trained and kept up to date about changing needs by the manager. They are exemplary in every way being conscientious in respecting my parents likes and routines. They are kind, compassionate and patient judging situations well. Neighbours have commented favourably on the carers. We have also been so appreciative that the care ladies we have are invariably the same. They are familiar faces that I have enjoyed getting to know and this continuity of care is also good for my parents. The carers are happy to update me as to how things have gone each visit too.

I am extremely pleased with the respite care I received recently, which allowed me a few hours to do other errands safely in the knowledge that my elderly mum was not at home alone.
The coordinator kindly arranged two different ladies to come on several occasions. They were reliable, and
respectful, and executed their tasks enthusiastically and professionally. I will definitely use this service in future and highly recommend My Homecare West Kent to others looking for support.

Reliable and kind care, always prompt and willing to lend a hand if I need. The carer's experience puts me at ease and I feel comfortable leaving my loved one with her. Would recommend My Homecare to others.

My Homecare has provided a very reliable conscientious, friendly and flexible standard of care quality for my wife over the past year.

My husband was very ill when my family and myself felt we needed further help. Although My Homecare were very busy, they made time for us which happened to start at a weekend, the most difficult time. They made themselves available and treated my husband with dignity, care and gentleness with even a
few jokes. They came twice a day sometimes with one member of staff but mainly with two. It helped to have the same carers. Words cannot express mine and my families thanks for all you did.
