My Homecare (Kent) does its utmost to meet the needs of people who either through illness or injury, have difficulty maintaining their independence and quality of life whilst continuing to live in their own homes.

Its skilled home carers are available throughout the West Kent area and they provide a comprehensive care service for people requiring help and assistance.

People can choose from simple visits for domestic assistance, through to full complex care 24 hour packages.

They also provide care services including live-in care enabling people with more complex needs to stay living at home and retain their independence as much as possible.

Very quick and professional, yet caring and friendly response to request for care. All details were taken with no stone being left unturned. Request for appropriate carer was met 100% and the young carer provided is wonderful. Made immediate bond with my daughter, very professional, all safe-guarding
and safety issues (ie hygiene, infection control etc) strictly adhered to. The carer was so quick to grasp the needs of my daughter and respond with amazing perception and huge success. She is like a ray of sunshine coming into our home. Contact with the management is regular, caring, understanding and 100% professional.

In the past two months during my weekly visits to Kent, I have met a number of the carers who are looking after my housebound 92-year-old dad. All have been kind, helpful and thoughtful.
Now I can no longer visit my dad due to the Coronavirus, I have complete peace of mind that he is being cared for
properly and is well looked after.
Huge thanks to all the staff who are working so hard, putting themselves at risk to look after those in the community who can not look after themselves.

Excellent - Always helpful. Staff have been amazing with my Mum. Nothing is too much trouble. They make her feel good about the day ahead. Staff have been very supportive to about arranging the visits and are very kind.

Fantastic team. Great with 91-year-old father who has Dementia. Brilliant support for me and my family, both when mum was alive and when she recently passed. Could not have coped without them. Massive thank you.

When our father first came out of hospital we asked one of the care providers to recommend a few care company options. My Homecare at Tonbridge were advised to be an excellent company to talk to. From day one we could not be more pleased with the fantastic service we received. The staff, the care, the
management were all we could have hoped for. They could be totally relied upon and often went the extra mile to ensure the highest possible support. We would like to thank you all for providing a wonderful service.

The management and staff have been outstanding with the care towards my mum and looking after her each day, could not have asked for better carers. Always chattered to my mum and always went back to check on her to see if she was feeling down. They did us proud, keep up the good work girls.

We are very happy with the care given by the various carers.
Although my father can get himself up and dressed, it's the peace of mind for my brother and I have, we know that he is receiving the help he needs on a daily basis.

I am very impressed with the way My Homecare (West Kent) team are with my mum. My mum can be difficult at times as she has dementia and all that entails but is able to stay in her own familiar home with help and I cannot praise the manager and her team enough.
