May I first thank you for sending your carers to my disabled wife. They are always very cheerful and very helpful. They will do anything they can. Will provide them with black bags for old pads. Also, boxes of Total Barrier Cream. Also, hygiene wipes. Also, day pads and night pads. May I thank you for all you do for us? Again my we both say thank you.
Communication with the head office has also been excellent - they are always easy to contact by telephone and responsive whenever I've needed advice, updates, or support. It's reassuring to know there is always someone available to speak to.
Management regularly carries out check-ups to ensure the standard of care remains high, which demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Overall, the service feels well-organised, supportive, and dependable, giving real peace of mind to both clients and their families.
Always treat my wife considerately - as a person not as an item.
Always tell me of any changes to her routine, or raise concerns about my wife.
Very professional. Always use gloves and aprons, and dispose of the afterwards.
Very high standards of hygiene.
I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who has relatives requiring care.
When mum was discharged from hospital we were offered help by My Homecare. As a first time user of homecare help my experience has been very positive indeed. Communication from the very beginning has always been great with any issues swiftly dealt with. The online portal gives us as a family confidence at all times that mum is safe and being cared for professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending My Homecare. They recently delivered some beautiful flowers and a card on mums birthday. She was thrilled a lovely surprise for her.
My Homecare have been visiting my husband for 12 months. We have been very pleased with the care he receives. We have the same carers each day and he feels comfortable with them as they are aware of his needs and it means that we don't need to explain the routine to them. They also come at the same time each day which suits him well. If our usual carers are unable to come, he still has someone that he has had before and this works very well. Every carer treats him(and me) with kindness and respect. When I have rung the office, I have always felt the staff to be very helpful and pleasant and they always try to answer our requests. All in all we are very happy with the care he receives.
Hi I would just like to say, I have been using carers in my home for the last ten and a half years. In this time I have had various care companies but I can honestly say that none of them have been as good as My Home Care. My family are now confident that I am well looked after when they are not here, which has given them peace of mine. I look forward to the carers coming every day as they help to brighten my day and provide a good service of looking after me. They provide personal care, food and drinks, laundry, pot washing and various other tasks. They make sure that they come on time which is very important because of the medication I need to take. I don't know what I would do with out them, in fact they are more like family. The office staff always try to accommodate any extra needs that might crop up. All in all I can not thank them enough for all that they have done and continue to do for me.
Generally it has been the same Carers from the beginning.
The Care they give at all times is first class whether it is bathing or progressing my mobility or ensuring my medication or anything else.
Myself and my Husband get on great with them.
I would highly recommend MyHomecare.
My overall experience with My Homecare is good. All the carers are nice. I've been treated with dignity and respect. It's value for money and I would recommend the service to others because it is a really good service.
When my relative was able to communicate well, the days ran smoothly; all staff had a laugh and seemed to enjoy their shift here.
Not one member of management discussed any problems/concerns with myself. The package was dropped and only the social worker was informed. “Family getting involved and mistreating staff” was the diabolical excuse I received which I know are lies due to interior CCTV and when staff asked for my help I asked them to only communicate with my relative as it is her home and her care.
I’m not sure if I would ever take up the job offer I received from this company from before my relative had the stroke as there are so many management issues.
Staff professional, cheerful and caring. My mum is very grateful for the help. Management respond immediately if there has been a problem with illness or with car breakdowns. They always send someone else instead.
All of the ladies who come to the house to see my wife have done a good job. She occasionally does not want to cooperate with them, maybe trying to exert her independence, but with a little help from me she accepts them and they are patient with her. The sit-in and cleaning visits are good. During sit-ins, she will do activities if I leave the room, so I'm able to do things.
I am satisfied with the care I receive from My Homecare Warrington & Salford. The care meets my needs, all the carers are well-behaved and trained. However, I would like to get fixed regular timeframes for my calls. Most of my calls are changed without my knowledge, but there is room for improvement. I also need to be made aware of the complaints procedure for the agency. I am however satisfied with the raised concerns abovementioned.
My Homecare Warrington and Salford have been really professional and delivered what they said they would do. They put my mother first and were very friendly and efficient. On the final day, when my mother went into a care home they pampered her and removed any anxiety on the move.
Thank you for your lovely review, we hope she has settled in well and we all miss her.
All the carers have become his friend I have seen a huge difference in his wellbeing. I cannot thank this company enough.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are so happy the carers have made a difference.
The carers looked after my Gran who has sadly passed away since. They did a fantastic job with her, each and every single one was so compassionate and caring. They made my Gran feel so at ease. They really got to know her and made her laugh right until the end. The management team were so helpful. Any request my family had, they met with no problem. I am so grateful this company were the company we chose to look after her.
We miss your gran dearly, the staff built up such a good relationship with her. We are sorry for your loss. Thank you for your lovely review.
The review was conducted in a friendly and happy environment. Thanks to My Homecare and their helpful and friendly carers. I am happy with my experience, with all the healthcare professionals, including my social worker.
Thank you for your review, we are over the moon with your review. Kind regards
I have been receiving care for over a year. The staff are always friendly and sympathetic when I have my down days. I have carers 4 times a day as I am bed bound and they treat me with dignity and respect. The carers make my meals at every call. The continuity of staff is an important thing most of the time I get continuity and have built up a good relationship. I would highly recommend the care company
Thank you for your kind and honest review, your review is important to us.
We have found the carers for this care agency to be very good, they are all very polite, friendly and caring towards my husband and myself. Timing of visits can be difficult due to the nature of the work but overall we are happy with this too. We are very happy with the service they provide.
Thank you for your review it is greatly appreciated.
I have been receiving care now for a while. This is the best homecare company I have used. I have carers every day, all carers treat me with respect and dignity. I have built a great relationship with my regular carers. Whenever I have needed to speak to the office, someone has always answered the phones, even on weekends. The carers constantly go out of their way for me. Thank you.
We are thrilled you are happy with the care you are receiving, Thank you for the lovely review.
For most of the last twelve months of his life, my Dad was bedbound. The carers really got to know Dad and his likes and dislikes. If he was down they would try to cheer him up and succeed. They treated him with such care and respect. Any minor issues we had (with new carers generally who didn't know the routine) were dealt with promptly. The visits from the team were the highlight of Dad's day. (Despite family being there with him). Dad developed dementia and could be uncharacteristically unkind to his wife of 65 years. The carers also supported her too and showed great understanding.
Thank you for your lovely review about your dad, your review is greatly appreciated.
