My 96 yr old mother has Alzheimer's and would not be the easiest patient. The Saturday daycare you are now doing is what she enjoys the most. You have some great ideas and she loves to participate. I would not be able to manage without your help. Her long term memory is good but short term memory is
non existent. I hope we can keep her at home with your help for the rest of her life.

The carers treated my aunt with empathy and compassion, ensuring that she was safe and comfortable in her flat. They were reliable and conscientious, which was particularly helpful as the family all lived so far away, and they were able to make her laugh and encouraged her to enjoy daily life.

My mother is very happy with the carers and enjoys a chat with them, they are patient and find time to engage with her. She likes to know when they are coming and it is reassuring for the family to know she trusts them and is relaxed in their company. They are very clean and tidy.

Cherished Care Services were recommended to us by a neighbour who spoke so highly of the care they received for their mother and they were absolutely right.
From the owners of the business right through the organisation, the care and support for their clients is superb. They really do care and they
treat people as part of their wider family.
My father looked forward to their visits and quickly built up trust and friendship with all the carers.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering care or support for a family member.

I and the rest of my family are delighted with the care provided by Cherished Care services. All the carers treat my mum with dignity and respect and often spend time having a chat with her. They are very good at informing myself or other family members if they have any concerns with my mothers well
being and are most helpful in adapting the care routine. I would highly recommend Cherished Care to anybody who would need the kind of services provided by Cherished Care.

My dad had wonderful carers with Cherished Care Services who supported him with great dignity, professionalism, compassion and supportive care from January 2019 until his death in April this year. Two carers four times a day meant he developed a close bond with them. He looked forward to their visits
and their friendly approach always brought a smile to his face. Thoughtful little gestures at Christmas and on his birthday particularly meant a lot to him. His carers were responsive to his needs and incredibly dedicated to giving him the best care possible throughout the pandemic in incredibly difficult circumstances. Whilst there were inevitable occasional domestic and safeguarding issues raised, I felt I was listened to and changes were made. Any safeguarding issues were brought to my attention immediately by management and action taken.

Cherished Care Services have helped me in every aspect of my recovery and day to day activities. Over the years I have developed close working relationships with Cherished Carers and feel as though they are part of my family. Cherished Care have always gone above and beyond and I feel very much looked
after. I have peace of mind in the knowledge that I have a great circle of support and day or night if needed they are only a phone call away. Nothing is too much trouble. I can't praise them highly enough.

Cherished Care Services have looked after Mum through her various stages of dementia over the last couple of years. Allowing her to be as independent as she wanted and encouraging her to keep active and motivated. She very much looked forward to their visits during the day and would not have been
able to remain in her own home had it not been for their care and understanding, always taking to time to listen to her worries and keeping me up to date with any concerns they had. I met many of the carers during their visits and can't praise them enough for their kindness, patience and support... they do an amazing job! Thank you!

They are excellent and go over and above. They are always there and exceed expectations. For example, they have sorted out my Mum's prescriptions and deliver fish and chips on a Friday. I have had no problems with staff or management. When I am not around I know I can relax and not worry, as my Mum
is in good hands. They always keep me updated and call me with any changes or developments with my Mum's care. They keep records in my Mum's house which I can read and keep up to date.


I would recommend them to anybody.

At last a care service that actually CARES!
With over 10 years experience of dealing with Care Agencies looking after my Mother in Law, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Cherish Care Services Ltd albeit briefly as my Mother in Law has now gone into a Care Home.
Cherish Care Services provided
compassionate care and engaged with my Mother in Law as no other agency had before. They gained her trust and ours with their kindness and interest in her well being. Their feedback with the family kept us informed and up to date with her ongoing needs. They genuinely wanted the best for her and that was apparent in all they did for her.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone looking for home care for a family member...they offer peace of mind when you cannot be there yourself.
