Regarding value for money - I have never had this experience before - so I am assuming it is a fair price.

Cherished are a trusted partner & provider of care to my elderly mother.

They provide a flexible, adaptive and collaborative service ,that focuses on my mums care rather than simple 'what's in the contract'.

The caregivers are all friendly and supportive, they treat my mum with dignity & respect.

Whilst I know they would say "that's my job" the level of care the carers give my mum is both professional and friendly and truly supportive.

Supervisors are quick to support when needed and will escalate for best effect.

The carers are all caring and professional. They work with kindness and efficiency. They are a pleasure to welcome into our home. When things don't go to plan (as inevitably they very occasionally don't), the company sorts the problem quickly and keeps us informed; they have never let us down. It is reassuring to know that help is available at the end of the phone.

I required the carers to come in the AM to help me to have a shower & dress & get my breakfast and tablets. Then at lunch time for tablets and again in the evening. I found them very professional & very kind and I enjoyed the great variety of them all.

I cannot fault the carers or office staff. All are excellent with service & care.

I find the care very convenient. The carers do a good job. Most are very chatty to my husband as that is what it is about. They are very helpful.

My 96 yr old mother has Alzheimer's and would not be the easiest patient. The Saturday daycare you are now doing is what she enjoys the most. You have some great ideas and she loves to participate. I would not be able to manage without your help. Her long term memory is good but short term memory is non existent. I hope we can keep her at home with your help for the rest of her life.

The carers treated my aunt with empathy and compassion, ensuring that she was safe and comfortable in her flat. They were reliable and conscientious, which was particularly helpful as the family all lived so far away, and they were able to make her laugh and encouraged her to enjoy daily life.

Excellent care by a compassionate, respectful team of carers. The culture and ethos of the company is second to none and I would highly recommend them. The organisation is structured around a great team which starts with caring, compassionate leadership and permeates through all that work there.

My mother is very happy with the carers and enjoys a chat with them, they are patient and find time to engage with her. She likes to know when they are coming and it is reassuring for the family to know she trusts them and is relaxed in their company. They are very clean and tidy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering care or support for a family member.

You established, from the start, a close working relationship with both my wife and myself and this was perpetuated throughout your contact with my wife and myself. Your perception of my wife's needs was well-maintained throughout your contact with her and your treatment was always delicate, sensitive and well-judged.

I and the rest of my family are delighted with the care provided by Cherished Care services. All the carers treat my mum with dignity and respect and often spend time having a chat with her. They are very good at informing myself or other family members if they have any concerns with my mothers well being and are most helpful in adapting the care routine. I would highly recommend Cherished Care to anybody who would need the kind of services provided by Cherished Care.

My dad had wonderful carers with Cherished Care Services who supported him with great dignity, professionalism, compassion and supportive care from January 2019 until his death in April this year. Two carers four times a day meant he developed a close bond with them. He looked forward to their visits and their friendly approach always brought a smile to his face. Thoughtful little gestures at Christmas and on his birthday particularly meant a lot to him. His carers were responsive to his needs and incredibly dedicated to giving him the best care possible throughout the pandemic in incredibly difficult circumstances. Whilst there were inevitable occasional domestic and safeguarding issues raised, I felt I was listened to and changes were made. Any safeguarding issues were brought to my attention immediately by management and action taken.

Cherished Care Services have helped me in every aspect of my recovery and day to day activities. Over the years I have developed close working relationships with Cherished Carers and feel as though they are part of my family. Cherished Care have always gone above and beyond and I feel very much looked after. I have peace of mind in the knowledge that I have a great circle of support and day or night if needed they are only a phone call away. Nothing is too much trouble. I can't praise them highly enough.

I am writing on behalf of my husband. The care he has received has been perfect. All the staff are very caring and treat him with respect. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Cherished Care Services have looked after Mum through her various stages of dementia over the last couple of years. Allowing her to be as independent as she wanted and encouraging her to keep active and motivated. She very much looked forward to their visits during the day and would not have been able to remain in her own home had it not been for their care and understanding, always taking to time to listen to her worries and keeping me up to date with any concerns they had. I met many of the carers during their visits and can't praise them enough for their kindness, patience and support... they do an amazing job! Thank you!

My whole family were really pleased with the gentle, kind helpful and patient carers. They are all really lovely people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs great care. They were also a great support to myself and my family. Thank you all so much.
