I have been with Cherished Care Services Ltd for over a year, have no complaints and have always been treated well. The staff are very caring, I only have one visit per day.

They are excellent and go over and above. They are always there and exceed expectations. For example, they have sorted out my Mum's prescriptions and deliver fish and chips on a Friday. I have had no problems with staff or management. When I am not around I know I can relax and not worry, as my Mum
is in good hands. They always keep me updated and call me with any changes or developments with my Mum's care. They keep records in my Mum's house which I can read and keep up to date.


I would recommend them to anybody.

At last a care service that actually CARES!
With over 10 years experience of dealing with Care Agencies looking after my Mother in Law, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Cherish Care Services Ltd albeit briefly as my Mother in Law has now gone into a Care Home.
Cherish Care Services provided
compassionate care and engaged with my Mother in Law as no other agency had before. They gained her trust and ours with their kindness and interest in her well being. Their feedback with the family kept us informed and up to date with her ongoing needs. They genuinely wanted the best for her and that was apparent in all they did for her.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone looking for home care for a family member...they offer peace of mind when you cannot be there yourself.

Cherished care Services Ltd have been caring for my dad for the past 9 months. All the staff are extremely caring and friendly and go over and above the call of duty. They have a professional way of communicating between themselves and myself so we all know exactly what is going on which ensures continuity
for my dad which is very important to him. Cherished Care has suggested different activities for my dad and taken him along to social activities. Their care is exemplary and very reassuring to both me and my dad.
