All of the staff have been so helpful and made me feel comfortable and like family. I enjoy them coming to visit they have helped build my confidence and also made me realise that I can trust people.

The carers who looked after my Mum were amazing! They were caring, thoughtful, and professional. My Mum has advanced dementia and she was treated with dignity and respect. The service provided from the care assessment to the care itself was first class. I can highly recommend Alcedo Care Wirral!

All carers are kind, considerate and compassionate. All staff are presented well with clean uniform and PPE as necessary. Everyone is supportive of all of my needs including mental/emotional. Very impressed with the quality of care I have received.
All contact with the office has been professional
and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

We have been extremely pleased with the level of care from all the staff. They treat my dad with respect as he is not used to being reliant on anyone to wash/clean him. They are all really friendly and trustworthy. We could not cope without them. Or should I say my mum couldn't. It is an amazing service

All the staff are just lovely; everyone is unique but with equally caring personalities.
Mum has been treated with dignity and respect at all times and nothing is too much trouble.
We look forward to our daily visits, seeing which member of staff is attending and chatting, not just about care, but
their own lives, which is refreshing. We consider our carers friends now, thank you Alcedo.
