The Phronesis team have been caring for my mum since September 2023 and from the very first visit I have been delighted with the level of care provided. My mum has dementia and it is thanks to the highly professional and compassionate support that the team provide that she has been able to remain living
in her own home. All the care workers take the time to get to know mum as an individual and I have the peace of mind knowing they will contact me immediately if they have any concerns about her well being.
I feel very fortunate knowing that, even though I don't live close enough to visit my mum every day, she is safe and well cared for thanks to the visits from the Phronesis team. I cannot recommend Phronesis highly enough

We were so lucky to have Phronesis care for our Mum . The team cared for our Mum for 2 years and treated her with kindness, cheerfulness, gentle humour, dignity and respect.
As Mum became frailer they were able to increase the care package and because of them Mum was able to stay at home. They coped

well with Mums advanced dementia and liaised with the district nurses and community teams enabling Mum to die peacefully at home .
Mum was always dressed nicely , the laundry done daily and the kitchen and bedroom left spotless. All done with warmth and smiles . The whole family are very grateful to Phronesis.

Highly recommend Phronesis Support Services! Dad moved in with us year ago & he needed help to maintain his independence. The support & care he has had is superb! He is treated with respect & the Staff & Carers are knowledgeable in every aspect. They attend in a timely manner & help him daily. Always
with a friendly smile and very efficient & professional. I would definately recommend this Company. We would not manage without there first class care.

Phronesis are wonderful. I have them daily to wash and dress me and prepare breakfast. Twice I have had to ask for their help out of hours: once when I'd pooed my pants and once late at night when I was in difficulty on the toilet. On both occasions they came out to me and were very kind and very helpful.
Thank you Phronesis for looking after me.
