Overall Experience

They are very polite and their services are person centered that we feel comfortable having Ik in their care. They requested information about ik wellbeing and all he likes and dislikes, his meal allergies if there is any, they also requested to know how best he can be care for medically, they requested to know his usually routines and his favourite routines. In addition to all that, the company is very pro active in attending to any concerns raised and I.k feel comfortable with the staff been sent in to support him. Overall Experience
We have found the staff at Mira care, friendly and caring and very flexible when circumstances, change at short notice.

We have had to change care levels at short notice, when circumstances have changed and the staff have been very helpful and flexible adapting to the changing needs.
