Phoenix carers in Saffron Walden have been looking after my 102 yr old mum for a couple of years. They come to support my mum nearly everyday and evening, chatting to her, supporting her personal needs, helping her get around, preparing food for her, helping her to bed etc.

Phoenix carers in Saffron Walden have been looking after my 102 yr old mum for a couple of years. They come to support my mum nearly everyday and evening, chatting to her, supporting her personal needs, helping her get around, preparing food for her, helping her to bed etc. Most important they have never let her down. They are patient, kind and thoughtful of her needs as she has become more dependant and less able to get around or express herself. They are interested in her as an individual and have become her friends.
I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix care.

We are so thankful for the caring, professional, flexible support provided for my mother, who has Alzheimer's. My mother refused care for a long time, but has quickly bonded with her carer and now sees her as her best friend.

My wife requires help each morning to wash and dress. She has Alzheimer's disease and is doubly incontinent. She can at times be uncooperative but the care and support have been very good, sometimes in challenging situations.
