Overall Experience

From our first meeting with a particular member of staff, we felt confident things were going to run smoothly & we were going to get the care my mum needed. The home visit was very thorough and friendly. Mum's live-in carer has been fabulous. She has fitted right in with Mum. She is proving to be professional, conscientious and sociable. As a family, we feel confident that Mum is in good hands.
