The carers that visit our home they are always friendly and treat him with respect. If they are running late, they always call or text.

Bright Horizons sends a carer once a week to give my 93 year old mother a shower. The service is always excellent. The carers are kind, friendly, skilled and truly caring. She used to dread having to be showered but now she enjoys it.

Bright Horizons looked after my mother in my home for about 10 months. All the ladies were absolutely lovely and were so kind and professional. The lady who was in charge was an absolute pleasure. Anything I needed help with she was always there. She would always send me a little text to make sure everything was ok with my mum and myself. My personal experience from the team was that they were excellent and I don't know what I would have done without their help.

After trying two other care providers, I found this company and it was the best decision we made as a family. Our mum needs care in her home on a daily basis and from the start, we knew Mum was going to be looked after with respect and dignity. Bright Horizons have been caring for my dad for 7 months. We have a committed experienced team looking after my dad who had complex demanding needs due to a massive stroke and onset Vascular Dementia and Dysphasia. Being a carer myself for eighteen years this company gives me the confidence and security to feel assured my dad is being looked after with compassion and empathy. Nothing is too much trouble from PC to social tasks. I work for an established care company rated Excellent in their CQC and see no reason this company in time will not achieve this status.
