Always a pleasure to have Ravi and Costa looking after our Dad. Timekeeping is excellent and overall care for Dad is provided for all our requirements. We really appreciate the flexibility shown and ability to step in whenever we have needed their services.

Require help with showering and find the assistance very capable.

Ravi was very helpful, understanding and kind in caring for my father. She has excellent time keeping even attending on bank holidays. She is very friendly and approachable. My dad has recently started started with this care agency and I can not fault anything so far. My dad has so far had the same carer each day for every visit which has meant that they have built a lovely relationship with one another and it's so nice and peace of mind for myself that I know that my dad has got good company and is also receiving the care that he needs. Compared to the previous care that my dad has received, this is second to none. The carer has been so attentive to my dad's needs and is so caring and compassionate. He deserves so much praise for the person that he is and I can not thank him enough for the weight he has taken from my shoulders. I now get to go and spend time with my dad fully as all of his care needs are now met

The care we needed for my mum was sudden and unexpected as she fell and broke her arm. The arrangements made were immediate and efficiently dealt with. I have been so impressed with all the staff and how understanding they have been with the whole situation.

All the care we receive is excellent and since I fell and broke my arm it was organised very quickly to include help for me.

On three occasions I met the carer, she was always pleasant and my Grandma liked her. I was happy to know Grandma was being looked after well.

If she finishes early she washes up the dishes from my mother-in-law's meals - very kind gesture.

I have only just become aware of this company after searching for someone to do short visits to administer medication for my mum. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and professional.
