I have spent 16 years working in adult social care, starting as a Care Assistant at 18 and progressing through Senior Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Care Coordinator, and now Registered Manager of Angeli Care Services Limited.
That progression was deliberate. Every role taught me something the next one built on. I know what it feels like to deliver care on the ground, to coordinate complex packages under pressure, and to manage a service where the quality of what we do directly affects the safety and dignity of vulnerable people. That understanding shapes every decision I make as a Registered Manager.
At Angeli Care Services, we provide domiciliary care, live-in care, and community support to adults across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, the wider Midlands, and Southampton. Our service users include adults over 65, adults under 65, and individuals living with dementia and physical disabilities. We accept NHS CHC-funded packages, local authority-funded care, direct payments, and private self-funders, and we are available 24/7, including for urgent and emergency placements.
My specialist area is dementia care. I have supported individuals and families through some of the most demanding and emotionally complex stages of this condition, and I am deeply committed to ensuring that dementia care is person-centred, dignified, and adaptive to the individual.
Angeli Care Services is CQC-registered. We have delivered NHS CHC-funded packages through the Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit and have a proven track record of supporting clients with complex end-of-life, palliative, and personal care needs.
