I cannot recommend Dynamic Viewpoint HealthCare more. The care and services they provided my mother in the last few months of her life was exceptional.

My Mum had very complex needs and the daily carers provided excellent care and support to her while she was bed ridden. Other than supporting her daily needs they also provided a great support to me and my brother during this difficult time.

The management and communication provided is also fantastic. They were able to adapt to last minute requests for support as my Mum began to deteriorate, offering extra support at weekends for us.

Myself and my family will be forever grateful for the kindness and support of their management and care team.

My mum was cared for by this company and I couldn't fault them. Mum always found them kind, caring and friendly and looked forward to their visits. They were always adaptable and when recently we needed to increase her care urgently they were able to accommodate with ease. I would definitely recommend.

An excellent, much valued service by me. Friendly, helpful and efficient carers. Polite, kind and considerate. They are doing an excellent job in personal care and go above and beyond for the residents. They work long hours and in my view should be extremely well paid for their service to humanity.

The manager of the company and all her caring staff which l have met personally and found so friendly and make my mum happy and myself confident to leave her in their care. First experience of requiring carers for myself after a terminal diagnosis. The care and attention provided from my arrival home have been outstanding. The carers actually care and are prepared and willing to help with practically anything. They are never rushed and if they do not have full personal care to complete they will sit and chat and use the allocated time up that way. On my really poorly days the staff have volunteered to cook a meal which was everything I needed. Have experienced bad care for my relatives in the past but the staff at Dynamic have become friends and genuinely care about their clients. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We began our care package in January and have been very satisfied with the quality of service provided. The carers look after my mother and father daily, looking after personal care and getting breakfast. They also clean their bedroom and bathroom daily. I can honestly say that these carers have become part of the family. They are kind, caring and attentive and adapt easily to any issues they come across on a daily basis. I have found the management of the company responds to any change in circumstance without fuss and professionally. Having tried another company first I can say purely by chance that I have now found "angels" who I can trust to care for my elderly parents, who both have medical issues, with complete confidence. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. When the time comes I will no doubt need extra care and will happily request this with the current team.
