Orchard carers looked after 99yr old my mother in law for over a year. They were amazing. Always friendly, caring and willing to do all they could to help her. It was so nice to have people we could trust and whom we had so much in common with. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Rudo, (Manager), was just the most professional, compassionate and kind person we could ever wish to meet. She could see that as a family we were in desperate need of help, and she just put everything in place for us within hours, giving us huge peace of mind and allowing us to spend dads final days with him as his daughters.

The team at Orchid Care have been absolutely exceptional in looking after my mum. Their care, kindness, and support have gone far beyond what we could have ever hoped for. Every member of the team is compassionate, caring, and always willing to help - they've truly made a positive difference in our lives, and I'm so deeply grateful for everything they do. There are two particular carers who have been incredibly supportive to Mum, my sister, and me (you know who you are) - your kindness will never be forgotten. Although Mum has now had to move into a care home, the support we received from Orchid Care throughout that difficult process was outstanding. The carers are so lovely. They were so so kind to my sister. They only needed taking through things once. They truly cared for her and gave me such peace of mind. They sat and chatted with my sister, had a laugh with her and even played games with her. But they also had to cope with a lot and they did so with a smile on their face always. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My sister was only with us for 5 weeks whilst her husband recovered from an illness. I will definitely employ their services again without a second thought.

Despite quite alot of opposition from my father they worked vey hard to meet his needs.
His main carer went above and beyond caring for Dad. Even wanting to try and continue to care for him when he came out of hospital. He is has now had to go into a care home.
