The team are fabulous. The manager is brilliant, helpful, empathetic and very responsive. Even in an evening when I needed a carer urgently.
The carers are so lovely. They were so so kind to my sister. They only needed taking through things once. They truly cared for her and gave me such peace
of mind. They sat and chatted with my sister, had a laugh with her and even played games with her. But they also had to cope with a lot and they did so with a smile on their face always. Nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. My sister was only with us for 5 weeks whilst her husband recovered from an illness. I will definitely employ their services again without a second thought.

We have loved having the carers from Orchid Care looking after Mum. They have all been professional yet personal. Mum has been treated with genuine respect and love I believe we couldn't have got better. We will miss them all when we move.

We have been using Orchid for 2 months now and have been very satisfied with the care. My husband is treated with dignity and compassion. I feel included in his care and his needs are always met. I was concerned when we started this journey but Orchid have allayed all my fears.

I could not ask for a better team to be looking after my grandmother. She is treated with the utmost dignity and respect but above all else. She is healthy she is happy and she is comfortable which is all you want for any relative that requires any form of care. Thank you to all at Orchid Wellness for

Care has improved, Mum is greeted and spoken to more, although sometimes more commutation would be better.
Care manager is great any problems I can go straight to her so very reassured.
Overall good improvement.

We had care to try and help my father stay in his home. The carers went in four times a day to help with personal care, helping with food preparation and administering medication. Until he was admitted to hospital in December.
Despite quite alot of opposition from my father they worked vey hard to
meet his needs.
His main carer went above and beyond caring for Dad. Even wanting to try and continue to care for him when he came out of hospital. He is has now had to go into a care home.

The carers were very polite, helpful and compassionate. Dealing with my husband over a very difficult time, from March 2024 to November 2024. His lack of mobility and the Alzheimers made for a hard period of time and they all adapted to his increasing needs and care. Would highly recommend.

I needed a carer for my mother whilst I went away for a few days. I contacted Orchard Wellness and their manager came and assessed my requirements. The carers were kind, friendly, understanding and timely. I would not hesitate to recommend Orchard Wellness.
