The service Genkoo provide to my mum is excellent. We would be lost without them. They are so professional and kind and reliable. We have had more help from them than our doctors. I can not recommend them highly enough.

The care we have received has been excellent. The carers have been friendly, always helpful, smiling and laughing even during the parts of the the job that are less then pleasant. They have arrived promptly and kept us up to date with when visits would take place. They have kept me comfortable and encouraged me to contact the doctor when they thought it was necessary as my health has declined. They have applied cream to my legs and hands every day to keep them moist. Every morning they have bed bathed me. They move the bedside table and fetch the washing bowl and towels as required. They change the bed linen regularly, placing it into the washing basket, and clear away the soiled materials into the provided bin bags. . I look forward to their visits and have made it clear to social services that I wish to keep the same carers.

The staff have been exceptionally good in their work. They way they dealt with the wife's problems and needs was very professional and at all times they gave her the very best comfort at all times. Highly recommended.

Your staff were polite and professional and very caring and simpathetic caring out a job that is very difficult I can do nothing but applaud them.

I am very grateful for the care that my mother received in her final days from Genkoo. Visiting three times daily they were very pleasant to deal with, my mother felt comfortable with them and the care she received was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

The carers are very polite, caring, trustworthy and professional. They are respectful of dads wishes keeping his dignity at all times. They go above and beyond even supporting us during dads end of life care. They are a very big part of us being able to fulfil dads wishes of dying at home. They are always caring and compassionate in any situation that arises, with help advice and support 2 staff members in particular always bring a smile to dads face and has nicknames for them. I would highly recommend them to any needing care. There is not rating high enough for what they deserve.

My experience with the loving and caring carers you'll ever wish to have. They treated my mum with the most respect, dignity and pride. They were gentle and very professional. They were absolutely thorough (they brushed her hair, washed her, and made her very comfortable). They were such a ray of sunshine on a scale of one to infinity.

The carers were amazing. They took the greatest care of my neighbour's mum and her daughter. They went the extra mile to look after them both with the utmost dignity after the mother had passed away. I would recommend both of the carers to anyone in this same situation.

My uncle was a very quiet loving person. The carers were outstanding. Everything was explained to us but more so to him each visit on cleaning and caring. We felt one carer was there when she said she was and was on the end of the phone when I needed her. She came as soon as we lost him, absolutely outstanding.

The staff are very caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They attend to all my needs including putting my shopping away and getting my meals.
