My parents value highly the regular care visits and the family are comforted to know that they are being closely monitored. Of particular note was the recent full day out at a family wedding, which would have been difficult to arrange without the attendance of the two Unicorn carers. The attention to my parents' needs throughout the day was noted and greatly appreciated.
Although my journey with Unicorn Healthcare Services got off to a rocky start things have now settled down and I am supported by a lovely lady who is very caring, understanding and has my welfare and safety at the forefront of her mind. Everyone at Unicorn Healthcare Services are really lovely people from managers to carers and I am so pleased I found them. Thank-you Unicorn.
They are devoted to me, and nothing is a chore - even when I think that it is! Kindness, compassion, and love always take place before anything else. Two or three cares are all that it takes for me to feel secure and safe.
Calls are sometimes +30 minutes minus 30 minutes early or late.

This is our first experience of home care needed for my husband who requires a high level of service from the staff who are flexible to his needs. Unicorn Healthcare Services from the beginning have shown that this type of service they give. The staff are pleasant, respectful, understanding, well trained and obviously dedicated to their work.
Wow, amazing people, great carers, genuine carers, helpful beyond words. My father was safe and cared for while I was away. He was treated as an individual. Using them again and already booked.
