Okiri is by far the highest standard of care companies. We have had several over the years & Okiri are world class. Their Manager is so professional, friendly & polite, & clearly understands the care industry. She treats clients as family & calls them family. Her staff are also polite, professional & friendly & they are excellent carers. They all go above & beyond to ensure my husband is comfortable & they care for me also. I cannot recommend Okiri highly enough. I hope that other people needing care will trust my words & contact Okiri. You will never go anywhere else. If you want a professionally run business lead by an exceptionally good manager/leader who employs exceptionally great carers then go to Okiri. I am grateful we have Okiri caring for my terminally ill husband. He is happy so I am happy. Thank you to you the manager & your wonderful staff!
When we were given the news of my mum being at the end of life as you can imagine this was devastating to us as a family. Working within the NHS myself for over 10 years I know what standards of care need to be, I can honestly say that from being put forward for Okiri I was apprehensive. However the manager was extremely informative, kind and helpful the carers were so attentive, caring, respectful and worth their weight in gold! The company kept it to the same 3 carers which was absolutely brilliant for the continuity of healthcare that needed to be provided. My mum loved every one of them! If I was to ever recommend a health care provider it would definitely be Okiri 100% so professional and nothing was too much trouble. This company really did go above and beyond.

Girls were very attentive to my relative, they fulfilled their tasks well. The individual care they gave was outstanding, even when my relative just needed a hug. The cleaning tasks were fulfilled daily, and the staff always checked if they were needed for anything else before they left for the day. Loved the fact that we didn't have numerous carers and that the same three were used every day.
They listened attentively to my Nan's wishes of what she would like support with and my Nan reports that the carers that visit are very friendly, caring and take their time to tend to her needs.
The manager stays in regular contact to ensure all is well and the plan in place is still meeting my Nan's needs.
Would definitely recommend it, keep up the good work.

Meet the Team (2)
The service we provide is led by a registered consultant pharmacist whose passion for caring for the elderly led her into taking up training with the frailty academy. Our registered manager Joy Okafor is also an advanced clinical practitioner and part of her role is home visits.
She looks after elderly patients and house-bound patients by visiting them and providing them with clinical care in the comfort of their own homes.
Joy is also a committee member of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Nelly is a Nursing student, currently working as one of our senior carers.
She is a caring, versatile, conscientious, polite and hardworking healthcare assistant with a keen interest in delivering high-quality care to her service users in care and private homes to meet all aspects of their nutritional, physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Nelly is a team player, always willing to lend a helpful hand and able to follow instructions to carry out all duties during her shift
