I found RCS very professional they came and introduced themselves to my gran prior to the period of care starting, i was in regular contact with management they made us as a family feel comfortable to go on holiday knowing gran was in safe ands, whilst away on holiday i was able to log on to her daily
notes and read each visit and how she was which was reassuring, they also engaged well with other family members ad involved district nurses when needed for further support with grans needs.

I thought the team were very friendly, caring and professional. I was very happy with the care that mam received, nothing was too much for them. Once again i would like to thank them for everything they did. I would definitely recommend RCS.

The service user is comfortable with staff and they are, in the main, efficient at their work. As regards the night sitter, I thought it was a challenge for them to stay awake for such a long time when the service user is asleep, so perhaps they could benefit from bringing something to keep them awake
other than a phone.

Thank you for your open and honest feedback as this helps us make positive changes to support service users, families and friends. It is also great to hear that the service user is comfortable with our staff and that carers are efficient. For your assurance, carers are given adequate rest before and after a night shift so that they can continue providing effective and safe care. Frankly some do fall asleep time to time and we have addressed this with all staff members and taken action where it was required to address tiredness and avoid carers falling asleep. In addition and a very valid point about tools to help carers stay awake, we encourage bringing book and discourage any personal use of mobile phones whilst at work. Whilst we acknowledge that during a night shift there may be times when carers are not doing anything, they may only use phones to catch up on extra reading on company policies, eLearning and in some cases practice their driving theory test.

I am very happy about the care my Husband is getting from your carers they have been amazing with him and so patient and understanding we couldn't have asked for anything more they have been excellent every one of them.

I am happy with the care provider that is looking after my daughter, I have been with them since November 2023. Since they started looking after her, I feel a burden taken off me, they treat her with respect and dignity and I see my daughter smiling and laughing a lot with the carer. I am happy to be
involved in my daughter's care. They keep her safe, give her moral support, and emotional support, and make her feel worthy and comfortable.

I have had good experiences with my care provider, any issue I had has been resolved and I feel listened to and I feel that they are working patient-centred. They treat me with dignity, The carer shows compassion to me. The management is committed to meeting my needs, and they are able to work flexibly
to meet my daily needs. I have good communication with the care provider, They involve me in decision-making, My family are also involved in making any comment about my care through one plan. I would recommend someone to work with this service provider.
