I cannot say enough good things about this care company. The support they offer goes above and beyond. They don't watch the clock like other care companies or rush things, or leave things half-done. Instead, they make sure that what needs to be done is done, and done to a high standard. They listen to me, and make sure the care they provide is what I need. They are very proactive too. They genuinely care about the people they support. They have made such a positive difference to my life. They really are head and shoulders above the other care companies I have used in the past. I recommend them 100%.

The standard of care and support from this company is second to none and the reason is they care, not just because they are paid to, but because they are genuine people. My friend has a special needs adult son and this company know that his needs are also my friend's needs. They totally understand that they are a package and you can't support one without looking out for the other. Since my friend has had Roxy and the company supporting her, she has grown in so many ways. They have been absolutely amazing and I for one and so grateful for them and the support they give. I would 100% recommend this company for any support or carer needs.
