Staff have on 3 occasions called an ambulance out for mum.. they have stayed with her while waiting for the ambulance or me to arrive and take over.. I know this puts extra strain on there work load but they are always willing to help and go that extra mile..
Each and every carer cares for my mum very well, chatting to her as they work always asking if she is ok Every morning the carer gives mum a lovely shower so she feels fresh and ready for the day. Always asking what she would like to eat, encouraging mum to eat,

We have been very pleased with the care provided and the friendliness of the staff. Everything appears to be running smoothly and my sister gets on very well with the carers who visit. It is a great relief as Anne fought me for a long time on the issue of having help. I am so glad it is working well as I did have my reservations to start with as the organisation of setting up the contract seemed a little haphazard. I was having to re supply information to different members of the team, which left me rather anxious as to whether they had a handle on Anne's medication, but as I say I have been nothing but pleased with the care and empathy we have received.
